my name is Kohaku Hokama, Roju of the Blood Dragons. Maybe you still remember me from our meeting in Sigma 13 where we exhanged your Blood Diamonds against our Engine Components.

I want to say, that after many weeks, we finally finished to build a Dragon out of your Blood Diamonds and I must say, it is magnificent, I have never seen something like this before. Also many of the left over Diamonds were crafted to wonderful accessories for our people.
However the stock did not lasted long.

But that's not the only use for the Diamonds. We experimented with them a bit and found out that, a diamond, placed in the right spot of a laser pistol, Rifle or Ship weaponry, increases its damage output effectively. The composition of the Diamonds make them perfect for this kind of use and it gives the projectile a great blood red effect.

That's why we want a Closer Economic Partnership with you. We will grant you access to our engine components for your ships, in exchange for access to your Blood Diamonds. Maybe we can even find other commodities, which our both Organisations can make us of.

I've personally overseen said exchange in Sigma-13, therefore I wonder, why you've contacted us in first place. Trading agreement was signed by me and your representatives at your base in Honshu, and from reports I've seen numerous convoys of both parties have been fullfilling it.

However, if you want special delivery of huge amount of Blood Diamonds, we're ready to fulfill it. Growing hessian fleets are in constant need of cheap and reliable engines.

I apologize for my ignorance about this matter. I was left in the believing that the contract has yet to be signed. It looks like I did not get all the information I needed, since it was actually Daimyo Tanken's task, but nobody saw him for a long time.

However, I'm glad to hear that the contract was signed successfully. I hope this opens a way to a even better friendship between our both organisations and I look forward to our cooperation
