Konnichiwa, and well met, representatives of the Republican Shipping of Rheinland. My name is Keisuke Shiroyama, recently appointed director of the new Tanegashima Armory Services, a subsidiary of the Takarabune Conglomerate of Kusari.
Our new Tanegashima Armory Services is in the field of weapons and military vehicle trade and commerce, and we are in the process of procuring shipping companies to fetch our first stock of military related cargo.
We would like to ask Republican Shipping to lend their strength in the acquisition of the following commodities from Rheinland, to figure amongst our increasing stock:
10.000 units of Side Arms
1000 units of Rheinlandic Military Vehichles, with all equipment and surplus parts.
3000 units of Nuclear Devices, for base and vehicle power generation.

These shipments are to be sent to Osaka Storage Facility, where we handle the inbound shipments and send them to our warehouses.
For the purchase of the Side Arms, The Tanegashima wishes to pay 2000C/u on each shipment arriving at Osaka. As the dock master is instructed to offer 1376C/u, we will add 624C/u on each shipment marked to our warehouse, and reported to us subsequently.
As for the Rheinlandic Military Vehicles, the same sort of procedure. We will pay 4000C/u for every shipment marked and reported.
Finally, for the Nuclear Devices shipments, we offer 3600C/u for each shipment marked and reported.

As an incentive to a speedy conclusion, I wish to offer a 3M credits bonus per conclusion any of the orders within one week time, or a 20M bonus if all orders are completed within the said time frame.
I would like to hear your opinion on this deal, and the confirmation that Republican Shipping is up to the task as Rheinland main shipping company.

I would like to request that the captains of the shipments present their delivery reports on this channel, so that we can keep record of the progress and proceed to the financial transactions. Ship or captain identification, quantities and visual proofs of the delivery at Osaka, as well as destined account for the payments are requested.

We have not yet heard anything from your people regarding the pending request for Rheinland products. I hope that it's due to just some technical difficulties.
Please let me know if your company is still able to deliver the required commodities as asked before, and an estimation of when it might be concluded.
Should it prove too difficult to provide an estimation, or making any progress at all, let me know as well. I can't do business dependent on shipments that will never come, as you should know.
If our part can provide some assistance in speeding up the process, please inform us, so that we can lend a hand.
