Server Rule 1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

Consequences: Despite our prior warning, you continue to operate under multiple ID's. Your solution to our warning was to simply alter the tag on the ships that wished to fly as Rogues, while the rest of your group flew as Pirates.

Also, you allied with lawful Kusari knowing that it was against server rules. This too, is a clear violation of your ID.

You have the mistaken impression that RP/Activity allows you to do whatever you want, including shooting your ships that carry the same ID as you. If everyone followed your tactics, we would devolve into chaos.

As of now, your ships are in Bastille. Credits removed from them for towing charges. I don't anticipate that you will ever see them outside Bastille again.

1) I was really expecting a bit more accusations but these ones are quite enough too, well done. Let's see what's they about...

2) These IDs again. The most puzzling matter. I just loved diversity, sticking at one tag seemed a bit boring for me. But looks like I had wrong appearances about it too. After some reviews of the rules and discussing about this matter with some other vets too, I really see now where I went wrong.Different tags aren't interested, and are against rules too. I've spent the whole 25 minutes thinking about it and came up to one conclusion, I mistook there. But everything are do-able, right? I'm really sorry for going against the first warning... I've learnt something from this, I'll stick at one tag and ID.

3)Colorado, Colorado! That was something weird, too weird. We even killed the KNF Cruiser in Colorado that day, but later... ah yes, shot the other enemies with them too. I've learnt something from this too, next time I'll destroy their ships too. But I will tell you the truth, allied with them just to keep a bit balance in numbers, if not we they would die in no time. But looks like I went wrong there too. Also learnt one thing from that too, not gonna poke my nose in LNS and KNF business, will let them eat each other next time.

4) Chaos... can't say I hate it. But, yes... you're right. So far I thought with proper role play it was possible to shoot the same ID'ed ships. I really thought it like that (even thought I personally didn't do it, but I will talk as the whole group now). I can say for sure that this won't happen any more, as there will be only Pirate IDs.

And of course, I forgot to say Happy Christmas to you and to the whole community.

I am the owner of Pull&Bear.

Please take notice that I never had or have any -|G, -|GNG tagged ships. You can check the past names of both the ships Pull&Bear (Scylla) and Picking.your.Pocket (Barghest) for example. Thus I believe myself to be extempt from the prior warnings you have issued to the group.

I have grouped with them several times on my cruiser or barghest, but I moreso have actively flown against this group with my Navy ID'd Liberty Dreadnought and Military ID'd Rheinland Battleship, and brutally took them down without any remorse or pity. About this, I stand by the record (I've censored my ship names for safety - time stamps are in local time, GMT+2), selected some death messages from recent fights:

I've helped the LNS win most, if not all their victories against this group, so please do not put me in the same basket with the GNG because I almost consider that as an insult.

As for allying with the KNF, I did indeed intended to help them. I've expressed that intent in various green chats (which you can see), but as per this admin response: link, I haven't traded nanobots/shield batteries, nor I have grouped with the said people, thus we haven't really allied.

I have indeed shot the same targets they did, and the ones who didn't followed the requests of the local pirates (Rogues) also got shot, after the necessary role play was discussed.

So, can you please give me the evidence on which you judged my ship? Just my ship please, since I am not a part, and never will be a part of GNG.

So, I have discussed a hypothetical possibility with people in game (while I was in NY) - I presented my view on how would the events play out and you sanction me for it? By 0ing the account (1,3 bil - mind you) and locking up my CAU8, BB Scanner Scylla?

I've explained in the last post, I am in no way connected to the GNG. I've flown with them due to the fact that they were a pirate force in New York or New Berlin, I've also flown against them due to the same reasons.

I used autohotkey to spam /stuck (and didn't try to influence the outcome of the fight in any form). I lost a ship worth 2,5 bil because I broke the 3.6 rule. Okay. Another 3.6 rule violation: link - loss of guns (the guy tried to influence the outcome of the fight, he tried to escape by ramming my ship).

I've paid it 10 mil for it's services, and didn't wrote anything on system/local chat. A guy re-engages, and you delete a shared ship. What can I say, a fine example of your judgement here.

I'm disappointed you say that my attitude sucks. Look at the group you're representing, you're talking like the haughtiest and stalwart defender of this server (post count rocks). You linked a bunch of unjust sanctions where you *think* I had a bad attitude, however I have just asked for legitimate answers in every single one of those threads.

Now, put yourself in my shoes. If you'd receive "preferential" treatment because of the OORP hate you spoke of in Skype, how would you react? You'd be the beacon of peace, you'd be understanding and patient. You wouldn't mind being screwed over because of the said treatment, because it's "preferential" and only a Very Important Person would receive such treatment. You'd actually enjoy every second of it. Right?

I understood you needed help with maintaining the server. All I wanted to see from you was you treating people equally, to see you drop the hate and you'd have my help. So far, I wrote two posts (also gave you a Skype PM a few days ago) asking around how I could use Google Wallet to help with the expenses of the server for a while (had in mind to pay 210€ for 3 months of service).

Your attitude has been indeed disappointing. So, in a way we're equal. We're both disappointed with each other.

... anyway. This is a game, and I shall treat it as such. It won't affect me much if you ban me or sanction me or do whatever you feel like doing.

My ships are using generic IDs and generic civilian equipment and are simply a freighter and a bomber. As far as I can remember I haven't even logged them in two weeks or so. When I did fly them I don't recall breaking any rules, just pirating that led to combat. If you have specific evidence pertaining to my involvement in any wrongdoing I would like to see it, my ships are both named Alphonso.Ratta or something like that.

I've been playing here a little over a year and a half and as far as I know there have been no complaints about my behavior. If it is going to be some sort of guilt by association sort of thing then it is what it is, it isn't a big loss to me, more of a principal of the thing sort of thing since I have never been sanctioned. I wanted to do some pirating with some guys and I guess I did it, but I don't remember doing anything and thinking "this is against the rules".

If you do take a closer look at my specific ships and find that there is no real reason to keep them in Bastille, please dump them off somewhere in Liberty and I'll re-purpose them for something else.

And what's about Titanbot's ship. Neither he has followed my "orders" to shoot the Rogue ID'ed ships, nor he is concerned about that IDs issue. He's not a part of GNG I can confirm.

So, i see our beloved [A]dministration Team is trying to bring the "April fool's day" sooner this year.

I would like to see why'd i get Bastilled for in the first place since i know i wasn't around when all this stuff happened. Just because i join them in some fights, isn't a fair enough reason to accuse me of such things too because that's where i see with my own eyes the ooRP hate. Which is totally fine, i mean, i love this attention and i'm sure the other gangsters do as well. It makes us feel special around this place.

Garrett, you of all people know better than anyone what's this all about. Let's be real, people don't want us around because that same people get slaughtered 80% of the times we find each other. They take it too seriously and that's where butthurt comes in.

@Everyone else who got sanctioned here - Don't bother, we all know this had to happen sooner or later.

In my entire Disco experiece, i've learned one thing - When someone gets tired of someone else's b***s***, that "someone else" will get sanctioned over and over again until he's like "ok i've had enough of this, #$%& y'all, i'm outta here". Simpliest way to get rid of someone. GG.

To put this straight - Disco turned into nothing less but a place with too many haters, butthurt people, etc. and a big disappointment.
