I would like to file a complaint on the Independent Mining Guilds their ships opened fire on me today in Omega 7 system near Battleship Schwerin clearly breaching laws of Rheinland.
I will not hide the fact that their organization and i are in hostile relations. To be completely honest with you outside of Rheinland space we pretty much look on ourselves over the croshair and our encounter usually ends up in conflict.
But as i said I am a honest citizen of Rheinland gentleman's and i respect the laws of my Vatherland and my record in Rheinland is completely clean i can assure you that.
I posed no threat to the IMG ships within Rheinland space yet today they disrupted my engines few times with a request that i should do a bounty on them which i refused ofcourse one moment later one of their pilots insisted on that so i refused again.
And i clearly stated i respect the laws of Rheinland and there is no need for hostility here, they ignored my statement und opened fire on my ship i was outnumbered so i couldn't defend my self for long.
My ship got destroyed, and my lifepod got picked up by a passing Daumman freighter.
I demand a compensation from the Guilds for the destruction of my ship in Rheinland space, if they have something against me they should take it outside of Rheinland not conducting their revenge in my homeland which laws i respect.

You seem to be a good Bürger with your report, to make a safe environment we need more civilians like yourself to sent us information about possible law violations. Some more severe then others, still these violation reports are needed due to our heavy workloads. I have to admit we have more work then we can handle at such short notice. Luckaly there are some new trained policemen ready to take active duty. The school for police training is a hard one, but worth if you want to serve your home in its best interests.
It strikes me with a sad face to see another law violation of the Independent Miners Guild to arrive at my desk. That both your relations are as they are, is not the problem of the Rheinland Federal Polizei. Within our borders we have laws, where foreigners and our own citizens have to abide too.
You guncam scans proves that the Independent Miners Guild is in violation of several laws. The captains of the ships IMG|Zeta-3 and IMG|Freistadt.Two have to be interrogated. I will notify you on any changes on Case #852137.

Fraulein Carsten once again ich apologies for the delay.
Ich understand your concern about mein employers unfortunately entire documentation regarding mein previous jobs is destroyed together with mein ship by those nasty guild pilots.
Und about mein current employers, well ich never met with them face to face fraulein we do business only via neural net channels. Ich get a certain assignment und ich give my best to make the job done, the payment is also transferred electronically und ich would not call my self as a bounty hunter fraulein but more as a care taker.
They are very secretive ich can tell you that.
All traces of mein previous transactions are lost fraulein Carsten in the ships explosion but ich can assure you they are not the enemys of Rheinland atleast they didn't sounded like any of those during our communications.
You see fraulein the guilds in all their greed they made a lot of enemy's und i am only working as a security pilot, trying to secure the assets of a certain party, und the guilds are considered as an usurpers of those assets.

Guten Tag, Herr Wagner. Honestly, I´m somewhat concerned by the fact that you can´t provide anything about your employers. You assure me they are not enemies of Rheinland, but you obviously don´t know much about them yourself.
Now to your list of losses. I think some more information will be needed. First of all, it is quite rare that ship is damaged beyond repairs. Can you specify the type of damage which caused such a result?
But it is even more rare that ship is destroyed completely and nothing can be salvaged from it´s wreck for another use. Considering fact that incident happened in the area with quite high density of traffic, I would expect that the wreck was secured to prevent it´s free floating and causing possible danger to the traffic, then all equipment which was not destroyed completely was salvaged and rest was sold to junkers for some money. I need to know this sum.
And if not, I would like ask what happened to wreck and if you really claim that every single piece of equipment was destroyed.
Second issue - you appraised your ship and all equipment according to prices of new one. However, I guess your ship wasn´t bought hour before it´s destruction, but you fly it for some time. As maybe you know, the compensation of losses is based on real current value of things, not on price of new ones, because so-called depreciation caused by usual use and wear must be counted in.
Thus I need to know when and where you purchased your ship and it´s equipment, if it was new or second hand purchase and also how intensively it was used - use scale from 1 to 5 where one is almost unused and five very intensively used.
Also, I would like to urge you to check your list again because I see there inconsistencies. For example, on the image six from evidence which you submitted is clearly visible that you have 108 nanobot boxes and 13 shield batteries left. Yet you claim that your loss was 110 nanobot boxes and 110 shield batteries. Don´t forget, bitte, that we can ask IMG to provide scans of your ship to confirm your losses, and also that providing any false information may be punished.

Fraulein Carsten you speak about ships damage beyond repairs, it is impossible to repair something which is totally destroyed.
Few seconds before Antimatter canon stroke mein ship i ejected und that way saved my self.
Please don't forget i was flying a bomber class vessel one direct hit with an antimatter cannon on such a vessel with out shield protection is a big boom.
Everything was lost in the blast Frau Carsten, if you wish to examine any debrie from mein ship it would be impossible entire Omega 7 system is one big dense nebula finding fragments of mein ship after so much time would be impossible. You saw from mein guncams the ship was completely destroyed und if some Junker found something in the area i was not aware of that. Few hours after the incident a Daumman freighter picked me up. How could i possibly know if any of the ship fragments were picked up by someone. One thing is sure Frau Carsten i was incapacitated to do anything in a small life pod i was luckey enough to save the guncams which proves violations of the guilds.
If you look closely on the evidences i provide to you there was no other ships around except mein und IMG's, und the final moments before mein destruction mein position was 8.9k away from the closest installations. So it is pretty far from any traffic Frau Carsten, if there are any remains of mein ship they drifted deep in to the nebula who knows how far from the point of destruction or they are salvaged by some Junker who i'm sure would not notify me about his salvaging catch.
Also the price of the ship und equipment... well mein ship was almost new with little less than 9 hours of total flight time, it was purchased two weeks before this incident in the Junker base in Ontario system und it was brand new heavy Waran bomber. I do lot of escorting work for the Junker ships frau Carsten.
I participated in a combat few times with that ship in those two weeks it has a score of one downed Hessian freighter und six fighters two of those were corsair titans und the rests were ordinary pirates.
Since the ship is used in combat from 1-5 ships use scale i'd say pure 4 atleast.
We all know these vessels are made to be used for hundreds of hours even more. Mein ship had no more than 9 hours of flight time so it was practically new ship.
A few days before this incident i saved a record of mein ship complete statistics together with mein reputations, base und jump hole visits.
Frau Carsten the nanobots you mentioned mein ship was full of them 110 to be exact you probably saw on the evidences the weapons fire from the Freistadt station which is controlled by the guilds damaged mein ship so i used some of them to urgently repair the damage on mein ship, that is why there is different amount of them on the evidences i send in the first place.
I am surprised that amount of nanobots is the only thing that worry you Frau Carsten. Entire this incident was a hard violation of Rheinland laws clearly committed by the guilds in Rheinland space against Rheinland citizens. Und you will punish me because of different amount of nano repairing bots which i previously explained why there is a different amount of them on a different guncams rather than the guilds who even insisted on me to open fire on them which i refused ofcourse and than they opened fire clearly violating laws of Rheinland which resulted in complete destruction of mein ship only 9 hours of flight time old.
Something stinks here Frau Carsten i can smell it, i am honest citizen of Rheinland und i have a familie on planet Stuttgart. I want to visit them from time to time with out fear that i am going to be attacked from the guilds because of mein security job outside of Rheinland territory.

Also, nobody is going to punish you for anything, I just had to warn you - or rather inform you properly so to say - to keep administrative procedure. I had to obtain all required information and I did the same thing with other side. Investigation is almost closed now, you will be informed once the decision will be made what should be within a week.

Now to some side note, Herr Wagner. First of all - nein, amount of your nanobots is not the only thing which worries me. There are many more things which worries me. On both sides. For example your respect to Rheinland laws and concerns about crimes of IMG are admirable. This worries me too. But it also worries me personally that you don´t have same respect to laws of the Kingdom of Bretonia or the Republic of Kusari.
Secondly - you are confusing two different things. After I saw materials about your activities provided by IMG, I can safely say you are far from being honest citizen. Honest people are not attacking civilian ships for reward. Calling your work "security job" is something I find vey inaccurate when you are in fact hired gun which does very dirty work. Thus only status which you can claim in Rheinland is law abiding citizen, or precisely saying - citizen which never committed any crime in Rheinland space. Nothing more, nothing less. Rest assured you will be treated accordingly.
