People call me Redfire, I am a member of the FL-ER.
Our faction sees Gallia as unlawful occupiers of Bretonian citizens and are fully aware of the inhuman ways Bretonians are being treated under Gallic rule.
We will not stand idly by and watch our allies and friends being persecuted by a thirsty imperialistic power.
The recent battle in Leeds has caused many ships to crash into the planet, causing many craters.
A Bretonian friend working for the resistance fighters on the ground has contacted me with details about a Gallic POW camp with a strategical vulnerability.
I see here an opportunity to rescue our brethren from the POW camp and strike back at Gallia.
The outpost is protected by four walls, each wall protected by 4 gatling turrets that will normally tear apart anything that approaches.
Besides that, the outpost is also protected by a shield generator.
The outpost relies mainly on manpower for protection however, there are guards posted at each of these locations and we expect the barracks to be filled with soldiers too.
A crater has been formed near the south wall that will protect the freedom fighters from the gatling turrets.
I ask for a group of 5 trained BAF soldiers and a rocket tank to join me on the surface on this rescue mission.
We will rendezvous with the resistance group on the surface at the set coordinates.
This is far enough so the radar doesn't spot us.
We quickly take out the radar and the Gallic troops protecting it, after which we escort the tank to the crater where the resistance fighters will await us.
Once we are there, a cloaked bomber will drop an ion bomb from the orbit to take out the shield.
As soon as the shield is down the tank will fire a row of missiles to take out the gatling turrets protecting the south wall and make a way for our troops.
The resistance forces will provide us with cover fire from within the crater while me and my group make the first charge inside the outpost.
Once there the objectives are:
Main objectives:
1.Free the prisoners.
2.Attack the barracks and capture the weapons.
Secondary objectives: hack into the command center, gather whatever data we can find and turn off the propaganda holograms in the city.
Obviously the Gallics are not going to fit in our nice clean timetable, as soon as the ion bomb drops, they are sure to call in reinforcements, a group larger than 5 BAF soldiers will have more difficulty to approach the base without being detected.
But for hardened soldiers this mission should be relatively quick.

Good afternoon Freelancer,
The Board have reviewed your courageous operation over the last few days and have concluded that we will not deploy any of our units. You see, whilst your plan looks all nice and shiny on the outside; the truth is your intel is not definite and/or precise enough for us to risk your lives and our soldier's lives. Another point is, we don't know the capabilities of you and your merry men, and we are not prepared to put our soldiers under your command. We appreciate your concern for Bretonian Citizen's welfare but it is not a risk we are willing to take. The men and women who signed up for the Armed Forces are aware of the risks they are taking and to what they entail.

Freelancer,
Allow me to remind you that you require permission to attempt a landing on Planet Leeds, yet you still intend to carry out your ridiculous plan without our permission. Let me also remind you that you came here, quite obviously, seeking permission for this "plan" to get the green light. You are not qualified in military training, you will endanger the men and women in that POW camp and there is a 95% chance you'll die. The Gauls are ruthless, if some prisoners escape they'll massacre the remaining prisoners. You are ignorant and you are putting your relationship with The Kingdom of Bretonia on the line, that goes for your group as well. If this plan goes ahead, and The Board receives transmissions including [FL-ER] vessels bringing in POW back to Bretonia, we will not hesitate to declare you enemies of the Kingdom. Either way, if this operation goes ahead, you will be made enemies of the Kingdom. I highly suggest you listen to me, Freelancer, you will risk thousands of people's lives. We aren't prepared to allow that to happen.

Mister Brooks, you responded just in the nick of time as I was about to launch the operation, if I understand correctly, you mean to tell me that if this mission is an success and I save those people you'll shoot us up from the sky? Then I see no point in proceeding forth, I suppose letting those Bretonian citizens die of malnutrition, disease or being executed by the GRN is a more favorable option for you as you can just brush the truth aside and assume they are being treated well. I won't go through all the trouble to rescue your people and have you treat us as enemies then. Just make up a good story to tell their families.
Mr "Redfire". I can only assume this is a code name of sorts.
I find it astonishing that I need to remind you that you are NOT a military tactician, and that you do not see the bigger picture here. Your selfish requirement to be a "hero" of sorts is only going to endanger the numerous lives that you DON'T save. That's right, you'll kill more than you would aid. You actions in this communication are casting a bad light on yourself, and the FL-ER group as a whole. I'll give you one chance to appologise for your insulting tone, or I'll ensure your out of here faster than you could dream of an apology.
The Armed Forces are constantly looking for ways to save the people of Leeds from the oppression of the Gallics, in a way that would reduce the number of casualties. As we free one prison camp, another will enact it's revenge, killing dozens of prisoners. This is not a loss I can accept nor stand for, and trigger happy imbeciles, such as yourself, would only cause that scenario to occur. If you carry out the operation, I will hold you accountable for the loss of Bretonian life on Leeds.
And one last thing Mr Redfire, Admiral Brooks is a woman, as am I for your information. I suggest you get your eyes tested.
On behalf of the People and Realm of Bretonia,
Fleet Admiral Michelle O'Brian Commander of Her Majesty's Armed Forces
Bretonian Command
I already said I will not endanger the people of my faction to free your own and have you kick FL-ER out of Bretonia for it.
The operation is no go.
I am talking to you on my own accord, if you have a problem with that talk to the BPA.
FL-ER is not involved in here, your beef is with me.
Brooks is a woman? Maybe she should take the spoon out and put it back in the cup.
As for the apology, alright, you'll get it.
I am sorry for wanting to help your people, never mind the resistance fighters who are actively having shoot outs with the GRN in the streets, let's just let Gallia do it's thing. Sorry about that ma'am.
