Second - watch your tone. You are bordering violation of paragraph 2.4.4. of Article Two of Rheinland laws - insulting the Kanzler, the Republic, the representatives of law enforcement authorities.

Well aren't we cocky; I can respect that. But you'd be a fool to visit either. Let me regal you with my travels. They begin with a tail of two planets, both with a large number of slaves and a slightly unstable, and probably insane governments. Both contain large criminal populations and even larger smuggler populations. I of course am talking about Planet Malta, and Planet Houston.

Now on to more exciting matters. For quite a long time me and my crew have been more or less forced into smuggling due to our problem. It might be easier for us to find lawful work if we had permission to carry, say five crates of Cardamine though Rhineland space, for personal use.

Guten Tag again, Herr Ted. That´s definitely better answer, you could say that in your first message. It´s true that I won´t go visit either of these places, but it´s because they are simply out of jurisdiction of Rheinland laws.

Now to your so called exciting matter. I kind of fail to find connection between need of having cardamine for personal use and need for having it three thousand cargo units, and not even once but twice. Are you telling me that three thousand units is the smallest package Outcasts on Malta are selling or what? If you need to have cardamine for personal use, you can solve it by having more than one inhalator masks onboard. As you should know, inhalator masks with small storage are not showing up on scanners as cardamine shipments itself, even when you have several of them.

So, what do I miss hier? Can you explain to me why are you forced to - as you claim - to be involved in smuggling and thus violating Rheinland laws?

Also, did you ever heard about stabiline substitution treatment of cardamine addiction?

It isn't a matter of our personal units, but you vastly underestimate how much cardimine we consume, to put it mildly I didn't become Captain by being the best, I become Captain by not overdosing like the rest. By moving large quantities the dealers don't notice when a few dozen units go missing after our lengthy trip. Which is usually enough to tie us over for a few days at least.

And its not that we were necessarily forced into this lifestyle, but your effective policing had made it mighty difficult to secure regular deliveries of this life giving drug; and considering the alternative of withdrawal I considered it a calculated risk.

And no, I haven't heard of stabiline substitution treatment, I'm guessing that's some sort of alternative drug, sounds like something cryer would do
