I would like to inquire about the rental of a large dock at Yokohama shipyard. Is there an open dock, capable of fitting a 'bustard' class civilian carrier, available? If so, how much would the rental cost be per week?
We only require rental of the dock as everything else will be supplied by the Clan. Of course, proper permission would be sought for transit into kusari for the carrier, in accordance with Kusari law.
We're more than willing to open up a line of communication regarding the possible renting of a docking clamp. Please forward me a full list of amenities needed and I will confer with station managers and Samura Logistics Corp in order to facilitate the needs.
Further evidence of KNF/KSP permission will be needed as regardless of its civilian nature, Carriers are primarily Military vessels and are Illegal by the Kusari Legal Codex unless escorted willingly by the Law Enforcement Under Section five article One.

We have opened a channel to the KNF applying for the permissions of entry under Kusari Law (Read Only Access Granted). We are currently awaiting a response.
Initially, we require the dock to refit it. However, the Engineering crew is compiling a preliminary materials list. Should permissions be granted, and a contract agreed to, we will most likely award a sub-contract to your Logistic corps for procurement of required supplies.
