It seems that the curriculum in our Fleet Academies for battleship captains is lacking these days. One of my lads found the captain of the HMS~Valiant firing upon Canary Wharf Station. This act was preceded by unsubstantiated claim that we were transporting illegal goods to the base. The good captain, may the prison hospital bed grant him rest, had to be put down by combined fire of our forces and the HMS-Hastings because he was blocking civilian traffic and endangering the on-board construction crews.
That such a thing can happen in front of the capital is a travesty, especially after said captain had refused a direct order from a higher ranking officer. I will forward you the report from Exploration and Security Rapid Response Agent Black.

After that I called in our ExSec division and one Primary Fleet battleship, and because the captain of the rogue battleship refused to surrender we had to take him down with force.

I trust you will make good use of this. We should not have rabid hounds endangering the Queen's servants.
