I think its time to start some united operations with you the Council and the Unione Corse. Now the Gallic Royal Navy has many problems in Leeds and i think they will send more ships to Leeds, so its easier for us to change something in Gallia.
I hope we can forge a operation with the Unione Corse.

Bonjour Monsieur Mormel,
I'm afraid I did not hear much about your family yet, nor can I say the name of Battleship Dublin rings a bell for me. However I have heard of the Liberty Navy's victory over the GRN in Leeds, and the successful destruction of the RNS Oubli, as so did everybody else who has been watching the news in the past days.
You speak of united operations, do you have a plan to share with us, Monsieur?
Sincerement,
General Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
General en Chef Du Conseil
Chef de Groupement tactique Roussillonnaise
Bonjour General Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil,
Its a pleasure to meet you personally.
Well, I come quickly to the point. I have a plan, and with your help and the help from the Unione Corse we have a pretty good chance to win some "land" in Burgundy. Here is my plan Attack plan Here are some explanations: Green:Unione Corse and Brigands Ships attack from this side and use the Asteroid Field for a great cover to fire on the Battleship Rocroi. Red:The bridgehead, we will defend this jump gate to get enough ships in Burgundy and to build a good defense ring about this Jump Gate. This will be your part, we only need 3-4 Cuiser and maybe a Battleship to hold this gate. White:The FOP, forward operating point. We will use this Station for a high command placement. And we need to build a defense ring to hold this stratetic point. Brigands, Unione Corse and Council ships will defend together this point. This FOP is our, repair point and so on. This will be our way to attack Gallia from behind.
First of all we need to destroy the Battleship Rocroi. This will be the toughest part, we need to start a diversionary tactic. We and the Unione Corse want to get the full attention from this Battleship. After we got the attention you need only to jump through the gate and always start to open the fire on Battleship Rocroi. We have enough firepower to destroy this ship fast, and the Royal Navy need some hours to bring one of his fleets to Burgundy. So we have a advantage.
We have only one problem, we need 3-4 Council Battleships to secure our FOP, im sure you have so much ships, but we have not the resources to lose one of this Battleships, right? But when we lose one, we have a hard way in front of us.
When you have any ideas or maybe a better plan, im ready to change my plan for a glorious win.

Bonsoir Monsieur Mormel,
That's a nice little map you have over there. Et a cute plan. But allow me to tell you a short story about why it won't happen.
The RNS Rocroi is only one of the three Valor-class ships constantly stationing at the jumpgate (RNS Rocroi, RNS Taillette, RNS Revin), accompanied with 6 to 8 Obstinate-class cruisers, dozens of gunboats et swarming snubcrafts. Two Valor-class ships (RNS Pontaubert, RNS Menades) station at Avallon station, accompanied with 4 Obstinate-class cruisers, gunboats, you know. We estimate 7 to 8 Valor-class vessels to be garrisoned on Nevers, et about the same amount led by the RNS Beuvray at Dijon Station, both with adequate cruiser, gunboat, snubcraft support. What do you think, how long could we manage to hold our position after an open attack such as what you proposed? Et c'etait just Burgundy, we still have a Lorraine with roughtly the same amount of opposing forces to count on.
We can thank the layout of the Champagne system et our brave soldiers that we managed to keep the Crown's forces at bay for this long, but even them can't do wonders. I hope you understand.
Instead of an open strike however, a more subtle approach would be appropriate, like an economical strike. As far as I know your folks are not afraid of liberating funds from the innocent traders, at least your precedessors weren't so. I do not intend to ask anything different. I would like to ask you to pirate for me.
