The betrayal of the Unioners is complete. You probably know that I, and with me the Bundschuh, have long feuded with the Unioners. I've pointed out long ago that they are no longer revolutionaries, that they are nothing but thugs whose interests are directly opposed to that of the people. We've also known for a long time that their refusal to take stance against the Corsairs was suspicious to say the least.
I can now say that I was right all that time. The Unioners have taken a stance and it's against the revolution, against Rheinland and against us all.
Two days ago the barbaric Corsairs launched another attack on the Frankfurt system. A force of VWA, SCRA and LWB ships fought them off, but our task was made significantly harder by the intervention of two Unioner pilots who plainly and openly stated that they allied with the Corsairs. While it was not a surprise that they attacked us, the fact that they even attacked an LWB pilot, a group who they used to be united with in the past was a shock as was their completely openness in their alliance with the Corsairs.
If you do not wish to take my word for it, here is visual evidence provided to us by the LWB pilot there.
It is time for the Hessen to face reality. The Unioners are couter-revolutionaries who sided with one of your fiercest enemies and actively aided that enemy in fighting three organisations that you consider your fellow revolutionaries.
Apparently Herr Draay likes watching Unioner cruisers fly through the Bundschuh-controlled Taunusfeld and wave as it passes by. It seems rather than reply to us and face the issue you instead try and bury your head in the sand. Unfortunately things aren't that easy. If you ever want to defeat the Corsairs I think it would be wise to take a side between the ally of that arch enemy and your own oldest ally.
