To the board of Administrators of the GMG, and furthermore the Ryukyu Guild.
I want to write first and foremost, a letter to (and only directed to) the board of administration of the GMG| Gas miners Guild. Also there is a lot of text in the coming letter, so please bear with me. See the attachment below
First let me apologize for the recent message that the board of administrators of the GMG received shortly before this message, or for further paperwork I have caused to you all, I know you are all very busy with Important matters of the guild more now I am led to believe. With that said, the reason the message you received earlier was because, one being me a foreigner, specifically a libertronian, I had to do some arrangements and paperwork to start moving from my homeworld, since I wasn't owning my very own ship, but the ship that the small company provided me back at Planet Erie, allowing me to also upgrade it to a bigger transport, as per the head master's request. I am now in need for bigger bussiness, I recently got into a small family mess regarding a Kusarian Citizen of the guild, which is now transfered to Planet New Tokyo for better treament, I decided on my own to save up a lot this past few years to move to New York, but that is gonna change now, I planed and did some arrangements to move into Kusari, specifically the Gas Miners Guild territory, so I can work not only closer to my own problem but also more efficiently, and less worried about that little mess I keep repeating myself of.It was the only oportunity I saw for myself as I am already experienced enough in the Gas mining (although way easiear) of Helium back at Pennsylvania.
I got contacted by one of your employees to give him a load of Helium, as I was on duty I did what I had to do... but he offered me a place in the guild, with my eyes shining gold I took the offer and submited what you already know is the application for joining. But now is taking too long, and my visation is loosing its power. Remember I do not have an own ship and I require visation for entering foreign lands and shuttle travel which is costly these days, I can no longer stay in Kusari, but as a last attempt to keep myself in here, I steped into the Fujisawa Mining facility and there happened to be a nice person who was in the administration of the station, he gave me work as a miner... few days have passed since then already so I am already used to the enviroment, I am now allowed to fly (although a very short and unrealistic period) a Kujira transport of the few that are not in use in the facility at Miura.
So I am working full time now for the guild, directly working for Fujisawa mining facility, hauling material from that sector out of the guild's territory or on Demand, and hauling back needed goods if requested. Now that is the main reason I forfeited my application try, the second one being me being an impatient person, so for that, let me bow my head in an apology for such a disrespectful act, knowing you are busy with all the matters of the guild and I still wasted your time with that. Although I will be working independently for the guild and with the guild's colors, I still hope we can work together some time.
sinceresly yours.
-Benson Harris.
As a second I want to address the following to both branches of the Gas miners Guild, with a very short notice.
I, Benson Harris, a foreigner recently accepted into the Gas Miners Guild, working under the station administration of the Fujisawa Mining Facility, not only as a miner but as a transport captain, want to openly give my regards to both the GMG and the Ryukyu guild branch, I hope to be working with you in a future, and I'll be glad to accept and assist both in contracts you may have if you ever need additional hands or transports in this occation, as well as a miner whenever you have none available.
I accept, abide, and hold upmost the laws in the sovereign space of the Gas Miners Guild, and will uphold them as necessary if possible of course. But as for my position, I hope you respect that I rather stay out of the big companies and stay working for the Fujisawa administratives.
I do not expect to hear back from you, but I hope you may accept me and, I of course hope to get along with you and your members. We will keep in touch, if thats needed.
Also forgive me for any confusion regarding the adressing of both of your groups, as you may know I am a foreigner, so feel free and I insist on correcting me if that happened in my message.
Signed,
Benson Harris,
Miner of Fujisawa Station and captain of the Konami-Maru Vessel.
Thank you for taking the time to write out an application to the Gas Miners Guild over time, people understand true paths I have a poem to send to you as understanding the true meaning of life can sometimes be over powerful and stressful at times. All mail coming to my desk I read, but this one seems important to me. Not because you wanted to be part of our guild oh no. But because you focused on the walk of life, and dear Mr Harris let me tell you it's not for the feint hearted.
I've learned-
that you can do something in an instant
that will give you heartache for life.
I've learned-
that you should always leave
loved ones with loving words.
It may be the last time you see them.
I've learned-
that you can keep going long after you can't.
I've learned-
that we are responsible for what we do,
no matter how we feel.
I've learned-
that either you control your
attitude or it controls you.
I've learned-
that money is a lousy way of keeping score.
I've learned-
that my best friend and I can do anything
or nothing and have the best time.
I've learned-
that sometimes when I'm angry
I have the right to be
angry, but that doesn't give me
the right to be cruel.
I've learned-
that just because someone doesn't love you the
way you want them to doesn't mean they
don't love you with all they have.
I've learned-
that no matter how good a friend is,
they're going to hurt you every once
in a while and you must forgive them for that.
I've learned-
that it isn't always enough to
be forgiven by others,
Sometimes you have to learn
to forgive yourself.
I've learned-
that just because two people argue, it doesn't
mean they don't love each other.
I've learned-
that two people can look at
the exact same thing
and see something totally different.
Dear Mr Harris, I have the upmost respect for you for making us aware that you're now working for the Fujisawa administrative. You have my full backing as the GMG to work along side our guild to better your past, present and future.
I look forward to working with you,
Yours Faithfully,
Gas Miners Guild
Guild Leader Cheng Cong
This is Alf McGurey speaking, miner and transport skipper for the Guild.
I hope you dont mind me invading into your comnet channel like this.
I met you at Miura a short while ago and asked my Boss, Guild Master Chong about you while offloading some paperwork at his desk. He mentioned that he had just replied to you.
I liked our chat, and we seem both to experience the same complex adaption issues while settling down in Okinawa. I spoke with my soon to be wife and her family, and if you would like to spend a free day on it you and your companion would be welcome to visite us at their place at Miura.
Sakage Hogen-sama, my stepfather , has been working as advisor and diplomatic atachee in his working days, and has retired on Miura willing to share his knowledge and experience with young bucks like us. And I can arrange for a cool beer or some Gin tonic as easily as I can arrange some sushi and sake.
First of all, Good morning to you both, I am forwarding this message to both head of administrative of the GMG and my friend Mr. McGurey.
As I woke up for duty like alwasy, I see a mail has arrived on my neural net console in my room, and I am most pleased to hear I am getting full support from the company, yet to hear from the new guild branch which is based off Miura I believe... Excuse my ignorance, I am still learning of Kusari and Sigmas alike, I just wanted myself to be known in the guild as in general. Still *a tear runs from one of his eye* that was a beautiful poem Mr. Cong. *he sobs while writing* Thank you!
*as he calms down a little he breathes in... counts to four, and breathes out*
Ok so, the Fujisawa station has been lacking personel for permanent or continuous shipment delivery of refined H-Fuel to the house spaces which are already contracted with the guild, since most of them have been reasigned for Shuri base, the sigmas and planet Miura, with Fujisawa getting a few people from the GMG and Miura alike from time to time to supply other contracts with the already mentioned refined H-Fuel. So if you have got any important contract regarding delivery coming from and only from Fujisawa Mining Facility, the Konami-Maru is always ready to travel far for the guild's sake.
Now for my friends McGuray, I am pleased to hear from you, rather than minding I am most happy to see you managed to contact me, the Konami-Maru is an old ship and I have been doing a few repairs with my crew, so I have been rather busy.
As per the offer you gave me, I would be very pleased to have a chat with you and your lady and soon to be wife, my lady Shina Kokonoe, if I may, an employee of planet Miura as well is very pleased to hear she might be coming back to Miura to have a nice chat and probably what it is, a nice dinner if you don't mind. But as of now she is in the middle of treatment at one of the New Tokyo Hospitals, Its only been a few weeks, if not months since she told me the news. So I have been working hard while forgetting about that, you know, its hard to focus sometimes... the excitement is great. Anyway, we can always meet to have a few drinks or more, its always good to remember the "off-duty" times back at Liberty. *smiling as he writes the mail*
With everything said I wish good health to both, and hope for the blessing on my new job. I am aiming for a higher position on the Station, we will see how things goes from now on.
Signed,
Benson Harris,
Miner of Fujisawa Station and captain of the Konami-Maru Vessel.
