Can I put one on the line here, just for clarification
Order ID prevents from engaging transports unless "nomad stuff" on board. Due to recent developments between Core and Order, I do think Order would be entitled inRP to try and destabilize Core supply lines - thus the transports. ID rules out this possibility. So, if Order would force a transport pilot to drop it's cargo, would that be considered right or wrong rule-wise? And in case the pilot refuses, the engagement would be justifiable? Moreover, damaging some equipment from the said vessel would be again, a violation?
This bugged me for a while now, as it kinda limits one aspect of Order, considering new developments. Would like to hear out opinions from anyone.

Yeah, it bothers me at the moment. And there are improvised pseudo-caps - the battletransports/battlebarges - that could be used as a very efficient combat support.
