First of all on behalf of the Crimson Council I would like to thank you for the perfect job you doing to eleminate the enemies of the Light all around the Sirius. Heathens are truly repaying their sins and crimes when you reaching them. Beyond all doubts we are approaching the final victory of the Light everyday. Spirits are watching us.

Today, however, the heathens of the "Order Overwatch" are trying to to take advance on us. I'm pretty sure you are informed about their sneaky attack at Narita. Now we received the information that the "Order" have decleard the war on our closest ally in Kusari, the Sisterhood of Dreams. The Sisterhood is staying on the path of the Light as you know they are spreading the Spirits Gifs, Orange Dream all along of this House and even moving it forward on the Liberty backyards. We can't allow them to lose this war, otherwise the forces of the Light can really lose this most important region.

Unfortunately, the Crimson Cross and the whole Nation were not ready for the war of that kind in Kusari. We need -some- time to redeploy our forces and establish the stable supply lines. In the same time we have no much time to waste. We need a very skilled strike forces which will rush in the Heart of Kusari and will spread the death and fear within the ranks of heathens until our main forces will be able to enter this war. Heartens are not just the Overwatch, it seems the have a local support in Kusari, you know, those who collaborating with the heathens are already signed their own death warrant.

The Crimson Council hopes that the Commune will be able to perform the role of this strike forces in the best way. What will you say?
