I would say it is time to end it rather sooner than later.
It's no fun when the ingame conflict goes more and more oorp.
Not sure what happened, but I would agree that looking at the current totals shows that progress is extremely slow for both sides. We don't want the event to go on for too long, otherwise it'll began to sap activity from everywhere else. Perhaps having events take place over three days, with factions aiming to get as many points as possible? That'd be a sensible duration for the event, without giving too much time for players to become salty and letting activity flow back everywhere else
I have to agree with Jack on his feedback, and Karsts also, it is bringing alot of activity and fights, including some form of RP, but there have been alot of OORP actions over the last few days within this event bad feedback but good feedback all through out. I have enjoyed my self and claimed a fair few kills. This point structure also was dropped to 2500 from 5000, it still is rather large, why not have it on for 3 days or for 1000 points or fix the points the bigger the ship more points you get.
But overall i've had fun, thanks admin and dev team

[22:28:43] Thyr'zul - [C]: wait
[22:28:55] Thyr'zul - [C]: people said it draws away activity from elsewhere
[22:29:00] Thyr'zul - [C]: but now it's slowing down
[22:29:12] Thyr'zul - [C]: if it is slowing down, doesn't it mean that activity is returning elsewhere?

I'm not sure about everyone else but I'm about to leave for winter break and my ingame activity is going to be nil till I get back
I wonder what will happen when the event goes away.
People were wanting for a while to have some kind of war going on. This was a great event for it...
So... what happens when were are done with the event? :S

Have a cooldown period then introduce a new one I guess.

Well there is one event rheinland bs in Hudson so maybe your right xD
Would probably be the ideal place to set the next event perhaps? Maybe the ceasefire falls apart? Before all that we should seriously retconn all the broken jump gate idiocy though (nerd)
