Rather than the boring human cloak noise that they currently have, why not have it so that when a player is in 4k range of a cloaked Nomad player the above music plays? It's creepier and could do well for creating atmosphere.
Assuming something like this would have to be done via FLHook, because it'd have to overwrite the currently playing music?

I suppose it would make sense for the Nomads to have their own cloak sound. Even if it doesn't create the fear people want it would still be a nice little thing to hear, telling me to instantly dock or go very very very far away from the sound. You know, so I don't get pissed off that I suddenly get a game over screen.
Technically, you can even play multiple clips so they layer over one another, thus allowing people to know that something is moving closer and closer. And make it 20k range.

You CAN do this yourself, although the only issue is how loud the sound is and will blend with the music or whatnot, just go to the below directory first
find the file jumpdrive_survey, then replace the sound with a .WAV file of your choice (MUST BE A .WAV)
We can see the effect of the noise whenI had a fun time changing it here. so yeah, this is the REGULAR cloak noise though, not just the nomad cloak, so all cloaks will sound like discordant psych.
