Recently I have seen on the colony news about the new addict rehabilitation facility built on board a prison installment in Kusari, by your corporation respectfully. So I thought, would you be interested in making another contract of the sort, this time with someone that can relate to your father company more? Huntsville and Sugarland are the prison facilities that need attention, and in return we can.. well. We can talk about a return favor when you send me a reply, of course if you agree to significantly helping out reduce the number of cardamine victims in Liberty.

My name is Milton Birch and I am the head of logistics for Wisp Innovations. We are glad that the news of our recent success with the project Sundew - the Cardamine treatment facility on Fuchu Prison - has reached Liberty. We would be definitely interested in following up that success in the Republic.

As far as payment is concerned... There is an issue that we're having problems with and hopefully the LPI would be able to remedy that. Our escort and security wings have been recently complaining about their equipment being not up to par with the threats encountered in the northern Border Worlds. If the LPI would be willing to give away at least four Guardian-class fighters to our Security Division, we can assure the construction of the Cardamine facilities without any additional costs.

Ahh, thank you for the swift response. This is wonderful news, and I am sure that we can spare the requested amount of our surplus fighters for the cause. I think we have a few Guardians left back at the Plaza from retired officers, they might need a bit of polishing though but they will do their job. The docking masters aboard Huntsville and Sugarland will be notified about this right about as the transmission reaches you so that your logistics fleet can start the project as soon as possible. As far as the logistic applications of this venture are concerned: we plan on bringing only the necessary equipment and crew to the prison stations, so as not to waste precious storage space. All the necessary drugs and supplies will be stored on Houston, where the storage costs are significantly lower.

That is great to hear, I was notified about it by the dock masters as soon as the last shipment or whatever arrived. As for my side of the deal, you are free to request four "Guardian" class fighters from the surplus requisition center adding this transmission to the attachments. As soon as you do I will add recommendations from the Liberty Police Incorporated as well. Though you will be required to bring all four fighters back to Norfolk shipyard on monthly basis for a check in, so that we are sure that the vessels aren't used against the republic of Liberty in any possible way, mostly because you will be operating outside of the republics sovereign space with them. You have done us a great service, and have my personal gratitude.
