Guten Tag, Herr captain of the ship RS|RSD-Republican and Sehr geehrter representative of Republican Shipping. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

I´m contacting your regarding disturbing report we received. It shows that mentioned ship was using military equipment despite Republican Shipping doesn´t have permission to use it, and on top of that, when the ship was stopped by polizei vessel and officer started investigation, captain of the Republican ship refused to provide information and cooperate generally, what resulted in another violation in form of violation of orders to stop.

I await statement of the ship captain and also from Republican Shipping representative about why military equipment was used on RS| ship without obtaining proper permission and registration through Rheinland restricted technology registry, and also why its captain violated orders of polizei officer when he ignored orders to stop and also refused to provide requested information. Answers like "not you buisenes" or "it is corporate clasified information" are definitely not acceptable.

I remind you that all of mentioned three acts are against Rheinland laws so I recommend you to cooperate now in best possible way. You have 108 hours to provide the statement.

Guten Tag. Deadline passed several days ago but we received no statement from the ship captain or Republican Shipping as whole. The case was thus closed without it.

For the law violation committed by ship RS|RSD-Republican, polizei issued to its captain total fine of 4,5 million credits for violations of paragraph 2.2.1. of Article Two - possession of restricted equipment obtained withou permission, paragraph 2.4.1. of Article Two - violation of orders given by law-enforcement authorities’ representatives, and paragraph 2.4.2. of Article Two - denial to provide of law enforcement authorities’ representatives with information concerning your identification, documents on your cargo or your intentions in Rheinland space.

You have 72 hours to pay the fine to account RFP|Arsenal and submit confirmation through this channel, otherwise the ship will be added to Rheinland criminal database.

Also, according to paragraph 2.2.5.2. of Article Two, the ship is banned from Rheinland space until the equipment will be demounted or proper permission will be obtained through Rheinland restricted technology registry.
