COMM ID:Miranda Nagase TARGET ID: Alex Kingston ENCRYPTION:HIGH PRIORITY:HIGH
Good Evening,
Let me get one thing clear Alex, this transmission is to you, your eyes only, for mine and others sake, keep this to yourself. She sighs and takes a deep breath
Its me, Catherine, Ex-Lieutenant Catherine Jackson to be specific. You may remember what happened when I left, you may not, but I at least want to let you know why I did what I did. She sighs again, getting up and pacing around the room as she speaks
It started in Kansas, some... classified LSF crap, I had one of my pals with me, and LSF officer by the name of Norman O'Brien. We were out there, and found this... thing... this old jump gate. Norman, he did the stupid thing, he went through, and we lost him. Next thing we know, that battlegroup Auxesia shows up. Im freaking out for my life here, because long story short, I don't trust these people being the "only chance" for a close friend like that. She catches her breath, then sits back down and looks dead at the camera
He came back out alive, don't worry, but I helped him escape, he had to get out. And I let him go... because I'm too damn soft aren't I? She sighs and wipes her face, looking away from the Camera for a second
I snapped that day, when the LSF came in California, I had already let another one go... that Hellfire, but when the LSF threatened to kill the two there... I couldn't take it... and even you won't find out from me why I will protect those two with my life. So I ran away, when those I love are threatened, I'll protect them. Tell the Admiral I just went AWOL, plain and simple. She smiles and wipes her face again
Thats all you really need to know, tell the cohorts she was a brave one will ya? I'll try to return to Liberty some day... but for now, I need to find my life elsewhere, Good luck Kingston.
Safe Skies
Miranda Nagase.

Good day,
I'm sorry I couldn't get this to you earlier. My priorities in the Navy keep me busy almost on a daily basis.
It saddens me to hear of your departure. I have, as you requested, kept this news on the down low, out of respect. I understand your reasons, and though I do not entirely agree with them, naturally I believe you are making the right decision.
Should you ever decide that one day you will return to the ranks and fight along side us again, I will support you one-hundred percent of the way. You're strong, Miranda, that much is absolutely certain. I know full-well that you will do the right thing in the end. I know it in my gut, and in truth, my gut is rarely wrong.
I await the day that you should call Liberty home once more. Until then, stay safe.
I'll be waiting,
Alexander S. Kingston, Liberty Navy.
P.S: You owe me a cup of Liberty Ale when you come back.
