I know you've been busy and maybe i should have directed this issue to the Polizie office, but i chosen to direct it to your personal office directly because of it's importance. I will be short and brief Kommissar. I was working on a contract with the Deep Space Engineering and i received a reply which shocked me actually. I was informed that the DSE pilots are now in a corporate war with one of our national corporations, and it's the ALG waste disposal corporation. The DSE president, informed me that he cannot come to rhienland space at the moment, because he fear some clashes that might happen between his corporation pilots and ALG pilots in rheinland space. I tried to inform him that our Polizie is responsible for maintaining law and peace in the rheinland space but it seems he want some confirmations to feel safe. So i am contacting you personally to understand more about this issue from your wide source of information and also to check the safety of my business and secure the interest of the rheinalnders economy. I care at the first place about our laws and economy so this is my priority. I can connect a conference between you and the president of Deep Space Engineering if your requested anytime. The issue you brought does not fall under responsibilities of administrative department which I lead and also I´m not informed about any hostilities between ALG Waste Disposal and Deep Space Engineering. But generally, even if there would be any, DSE is considered as legal company by Rheinland laws and allowed to trade, despite in restricted way, inside our house. Thus any hostile actions committed by anyone against them in Rheinland space without legal reason would be illegal and treated as such by polizei. Same however applies for ALG.
That being said, I examined details of the contract you mentioned and I have to inform you that DSE can not fulfil it because it would be illegal. By current laws, this corporation is not allowed to transport nanomembrane filters in Rheinland. For the reference, hier is the relevant part of the laws:
§3. Restrictions of cargo shipping for Libertonian corporations - Ageira Technologies, Cryer Pharmaceuticals, Deep Space Engineering, Interspace Commerce, Universal Shipping and their affiliates within Rheinland:
§3.3. Deep Space Engineering and its affiliates are allowed to transport only these commodities:
Quote:Consumer Goods of Rheinland origin
Diamonds
Jump Gate and Trade Lane Parts
It seems you will have to find some other shipper for the delivery. but at least violation of laws was prevented.

I don't really know how to thank you! , since you save me and my crew from breaking the law without knowing. I failed to focus on this part at the rules and it's my bad, also i think you are very right Kommissar. DSE cannot haul such materials anyway in our Rheinland space and accordingly, i am terminating this contract before it start because our intentions are not to break any law at all. I am also surprised from the President of DSE reply since his problem does not exist according to your reply kommissar, also he didn't tell me anything about the restrictions falling on his corporation regarding which commodities to carry and ship in Rhienland space. I thank you again, and i think this will be the last time i attempt to contract DSE. Have a nice day Kommissar and Long live the father space.
