This is done in that way because the installation require fees for docking rights but during the contracts, this fees will be reduced to Zero. We checked balance of the prices in the region and this offer suits us, usually we take beer from the planet New Berlin to Solarius station in Omega-11 for not to fly with empty cargo hold, but we can bring and Industrial Hardware to Solitaire Metropolis too , it is acceptable.
