I've reviewed your response, since it appears you aren't an enemy of the Revolution I will be willing to negotiate a smaller funding plan. However, [RHA] vessels would also like docking clearance to ensure there is nothing of suspicion happening. Funding will be mandatory however, make the revolution an offer and I will be willing to negotiate a price.

My brother always been telling me, that the revolution high command would be fitting perfectly as government of the father space, and i just realized now why he admire your leadership. It seems that i was unlucky because i didn't know you from a long time Brigade General Anna Heinrich. I ll be very honest with you my general, the installation is brand new and just upgraded to the modular core II so it's still not making the very high profits yet, but as for now, the income is about 280,000,000 per month, which will increase as soon as the business goes the right way. Ja it is understandable given the current location of the base, we will except the monthly funding you have offered. However, with these funds we would like to know what exactly is being built there and what the Rhienland Military and corporations have been utilizing at the base. About what's being built in there, is currently some cargo storage to increase our capacity of trading more commodities. The future plans may include building factories but for now, our finance is little low and i am working on it. The installation suppliers are various, so some are suppliers today and tomorrow they finish their contracts and be no longer a supplier for a while, until i contract them again. Usually this works with the corporations. The information about who is contracted at the moment and who is not, found on the installation neural net, and i will add some names here for you which are not added on the list there yet.
