I'm here to report a malicious Captain of a certain warship that goes by the name of LNS-Fury - The scenario began in Cortez where me and LNS-Harmony's wing was dealing with Slavers that went by the identification tag of [SU] - Midway through this interaction, the LNS-Fury appeared and began to observe the scenario.
Soon enough, he took opportunity of the scenario, and attempted to bribe the offenders and to 'persuade' the Harmony. The situation escalated as he tractored up the victims, claiming them to be their 'workers' of the Naval vessel.
I asked the Captain multiple to release the people on Curacao, instead, he denies and opens fire on my vessel. The engagement continued through to Manchester, where he seeked shelter from the Bretonian Police Border station. Despite his multiple actopns of undocking and redocking at the station, he never released the individuals.
Not only was his bribery attempts disgusting, but the mere fact that he traps the people as forced workers is a disgrace to his house.
I gave up the initial engagement after the whole scenario of jumping back and forth, as that was just purely wasting my time at that point. I hope this vessel is put to justice.
Also, I am unsure if he has permission or not, but the vessel is equiped with Turrets of Bretonian origin.

----------
Good day Ms.Raven,
As skeptical as it is receiving a report from your group, the viability of this report is undeniable.
High Command is informed and I will personally handle this matter as well as start an investigation. Such behavior is unacceptable by any standards to come from a Naval Captain.
Thank you for bringing this report to us.
Regards,
Harriet Fieldson
