I have sat down with the Ministry of Defense and the Mover Maestro to discussion what you have asked for and this is what we have come up with.

We feel that you are able to help us in return if we help you. So this is our offer:
We would like to offer you one of our Atlases, owned by the Crayter Movers. to be moved and stationed within your system. It will be maintained by its Crayterian Crew for the duration of your analysis, until you can gather enough details to start the construction of your own ship. We are also willing to send over one or two of our engineers to help your team with the construction.
As for what we'd like in return we would ask for a copy of the Blueprints to the Coalition Supernova Antimatter Cannon, so we are able to analyse it and be able to construct our own in the future. Technology for technology, we'd say it's a fair deal.

We have sent Major Holdan and the Atlas as part of the agreement. We hope they reached Omega-52 safely as i am yet to receive a report from Major.
