Greetings Zoners.
Hello there. As a sign of gratitude between The Core and Zoners, I would like to invite you into helping us with a ship building project.
Looking at the vessels available to Zoners and Edge Worlds civilians they current lack a Deep Space Vessel which can properly stand up to the Edge Worlds environment, especially given the recent ruthlessness of the Nomads or factions such as The Order and the Corsairs. Furthermore AP Manufacturing is looking at developing a vessel that can much more effectively scour the Edge Worlds for resources and extract them with the correct toolset.
AP Manufacturing, as a ship building company, would like to enter the civilian market with such vessels. To be more specific, we hope to construct both an Edge Worlds Frigate as well as an Edge Worlds Mining Vessel. Think of the Border Worlds shipline, except much stronger, capable and effective at protecting its crew and fulfilling their needs.
I hope that both The Core and the Zoners can not only cooperate to build these vessels, but to sell these vessels on both of our installations. I do not know of any specific Zoner ship building groups however, hence why I have sent this fairly open communication.
I wait excitedly for your response and to get Zoners involved with this project.

Greetings mr. Nodtviet, my name is Lauren Mah, I am in charge of the design department of Livadian shipbuilding enterprise and our primary job is to develop new and modify existing vessels.
I am interested in your proposal, the concept you have proposed definitely meets market demands and could fill an empty niche.
You have named two separate projects, but we would like to offer the development of a single, truly multipurpose vessel, combining both versatility and high performance. We are as well interested in populating the civilian market with such a vessel, I believe that cooperation with AP will only benefit us.
I am looking forward for your reply so we could arrange a working group and refine conceptual requirements and features. End transmission.

Greetings Ms. Mah,
It is a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Mah.
In regards to your offer for combining them into a single multi-purpose vessel, whilst I do agree that is a sound idea, I think having both a Deep Space Frigate and a large transportation vessel to make supply runs between installations in the Edge Worlds - both having specified roles - would be better.

Greetings mr. Nodtviet,
Thank you for your clarification on this matter.
Taking into account those details I will agree that making a vessel for accommodating large amount of cargo both versatile and with at least gunship-class grade of firepower and armor, while possible, will be rather a costly task, and its efficiency can not be ensured for 100%.
We are ready to undertake both projects, and we are looking forward to know what terms of cooperation APM will provide us with.
To start with, I would like to present you our estimated requirements. They are as follows:
1). A signed datasheet with vessels characteristics and requirements.
2). An access to APM resources and equipment database to estimate the requirements for the future prototypes.
3). An estimated number of vessels to be built. We assume that mass production is going to be supported by APM, for now we do not know whether Livadia will produce those vessels en mass or at all. We are not in charge of this.
4). Sufficient and stable funding for our personnel and necessary equipment in case of need of such. We have everything we need to start the development, but we would like to be ensured that in case of any unpredicted occasions, our work will not suffer delays.
At the first stages we might use our own resources, equipment and working places, to initiate the development, unless there will be any specific needs in future.
Please contact me in case you need more details. I am looking forward for your reply. End transmission.

Ms. Mah,
I will send the datasheet over to you via further encrypted comms. In that same channel, we can go over the precise requirements and specifics of the design.
If you wish to see our current database of vessels, I will direct you to AP Manufacturing's online store.
In regards to how many should be built, I'd suggest we issue 10 or so prototypes of each vessel to test the waters with. Alabama Shipyard is more than capable of supporting the means for the mass production of these vessels, but I believe Lividia should be able to manage as well.
And I assure you, The Core has more than enough of the monetary requirements to support such a project. Our monopoly on the vast majority of the Iridium market is a very large source of income for us at the moment.
With all that said, is there anything else to be discussed before we start this project?

Greetings mr. Nodtviet,
In light of recent event [enclosed transmission snapshot] I must deny your call for cooperation. I resided at the Freeport 11 for about two weeks, and I must say that it was a great luck that I have survived through all the horror that occurred. I have departed back to Livadia on the shuttle with other refugees. End transmission.
