We've known the Junkers as an entity for practically a century or so since they escalated operations within the Ruhrfeld's scrap-field. Since then the Junkers presently under the influence of the eponymous Junkers Congress have carved out a sort of micro-cosm within Rheinland's Underground. They've supplied the four main groups and factions considered Terrorists under the rogue Bundesrepublik's system of law, and for quite some time, we've been content to simply leave your men be. We know you'd just as eagerly supply the Unioners as you would the Bundschuh Party, but due to our mission now and for the forseeable future remaining "The overthrowal of the aforementioned Rogue Bundesrepublik", we've viewed the Junkers as a "necessary evil"; something of a pseudo-corporate opportunist growing wealthy by simply funding conflict.
At least, we've been willing to tolerate this opportunism until now. Per the request of yet another belligerent convoy passing through territory claimed by the Bundschuh Party, I am submitting evidence of precisely why the Widerstandsarmee's patience has all but ended, culminating in the disabling and extraction of cargo from a lone Pitbull-class traversing Luneburg.
[18.04.2016 00:16:48]VWA|Erich.Klugmann: Hold up there, Captain. What are you doing out here?
[18.04.2016 00:17:07] .:j:.Beats.working: Parker : hello sir
[18.04.2016 00:17:20] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: Where is that cargo headed?
[18.04.2016 00:17:25] .:j:.Beats.working: I am sorry not familiar with your organisation
[18.04.2016 00:17:51] .:j:.Beats.working: you represent the Bundusch, right?
[18.04.2016 00:17:52] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: I lead the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee, Spearhead of the Bundschuh.
[18.04.2016 00:18:03] .:j:.Beats.working: ah yes
[18.04.2016 00:18:03] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: This system is under our... Vigil, so to speak. Where is that cargo of Scrap headed?
[18.04.2016 00:18:25] .:j:.Beats.working: well, regardless, not lie to you, so you wil explode me
[18.04.2016 00:18:31] .:j:.Beats.working: but...
[18.04.2016 00:18:48] .:j:.Beats.working: not a very good way to start a relationship , is it?
[18.04.2016 00:18:59] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: No, it isn't. You appear to be flying directly to Omicron Rho.
[18.04.2016 00:19:07] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: To the Shipyard. Am I correct?
[18.04.2016 00:19:12] .:j:.Beats.working: taht might be the case
[18.04.2016 00:19:31] .:j:.Beats.working: and now you going to shoot me, regardles of teh fact of teh advantadges that
[18.04.2016 00:19:33] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: Then you'll have to be fully aware, Captain, the The Core will /not/ be recieving any shipments today.
[18.04.2016 00:19:46] .:j:.Beats.working: might i persuade you otherwise?
[18.04.2016 00:20:07] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: I don't think you know who you're dealing with, Junker. The Bundschuh are /entirely/ incorruptible.
[18.04.2016 00:20:11] .:j:.Beats.working: as, you might have an advantadge in our friendship
[18.04.2016 00:20:28] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: I'm not going to allow you to play our conflicts off one another for your own gain. Drop your cargo bay and turn around.
[18.04.2016 00:20:41] VWA|Matthaeus.Jepsen: Oh, he's got scrap.
[18.04.2016 00:20:45] .:j:.Beats.working: ok, just explode me then , ill let the congress know you cant be turned into business partners
[18.04.2016 00:20:53] VWA|Matthaeus.Jepsen: Wait, is he asking us to kill him?
[18.04.2016 00:21:02] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: If you're "exploded", how would you tell the Congress?
[18.04.2016 00:21:03] VWA|Matthaeus.Jepsen: How do you play on letting anyone know anything if you're dead?
[18.04.2016 00:21:18] .:j:.Beats.working: i am telling teh congress ...right now
[18.04.2016 00:21:27] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: I'm giving you a chance to walk away with your life, Captain. Don't waste the opportunity. Empty your bay and withdraw.
[18.04.2016 00:24:11] Death: .:j:.Beats.working was put out of action by VWA|Matthaeus.Jepsen (Gun).
[19.04.2016 00:24:29] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: Because /why/ should the Bundschuh tolerate you openly funding and supporting enemies attempting to end us?
[19.04.2016 00:24:32] .:j:.Yellow.Submarine: Hall:If I am not mistaken Bundschuh, you are not in a place right now to be asking the questions.
[19.04.2016 00:25:45] .:j:.Yellow.Submarine: Hall: Do you know the reasons why we are delivering the Premium Scrap to the Core? [19.04.2016 00:29:09] .:j:.Yellow.Submarine: Hall: Ortog let's move out. This Bundschuh must be talking alot of wack considering, they have not got in touch with us sooner. [19.04.2016 00:29:37] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: Then certainly you won't mind if I confirm the veracity of your claims.
[19.04.2016 00:30:02] .:j:.Yellow.Submarine: Hall: Oh I do mind.
[19.04.2016 00:30:10] .:j:.Yellow.Submarine: Hall: Do I require you're services? Erm no.
[19.04.2016 00:30:21] VWA|Erich.Klugmann: You're not entirely within right to complain, being in our territory.
[19.04.2016 00:31:05] .:j:.Yellow.Submarine: Hall:I will? Are you sure about that. Please do not force us to make this a horrible mess.
The first submitted file for your consideration details the acknowledgement of supply to the Core's assets; sadly, we had no choice but to stop the Captain. The second file was taken mere hours ago, and located entirely within our territory; Bremen's Westerstede, Luneburg's Northern half. The tone and threats made by the gunboat and fighter convoy were completely beyond the pale.
I strongly recommend very carefully considering your next few options, Congressman. Not only have your men entirely ignored the territorial boundaries of our Party, you've been playing with fire for a very long time. Attempting to bribe a Bundschuh member is a particular irony, and the Captain appears not to have understood that we stand to expose and remove corruption.
Before I begin offering any solutions to this debacle, I would like to hear your take on the files I've offered for your consideration. I will not take double-dealing shipments to a Paramilitary that seeks our destruction lightly.
We are not too familiar with each other, let me introduce myself. I am the new Director of Rheinland Operations for the Junker Congress. Firstly I would like to apologise for the time it has taken to get in contact with you after recieving you're transmission. Secondly I would like to get down to business with you.
So from what I understand the first section of you're transmission is stating the history between the Junkers and the freedom fighters within the Rheinland sector. I am going to be honest with you right now, I don't know too much about it myself so it did confuse me. But with me being the new Director I would like to start things off in a good way instead of bad. I was piloting one of those ships myself. So with the evidence you have sent to us and my personal involvement in this situation, I peronsally would like to apologise on behalf of the Congress and myself.
Also, we did not know of your negative relations with the Core. Our current situation can be blamed entirely on pure ignorance. Both myself and the other pilot had multiple negative engagements with other groups on a couple of our other profitable routes. We took out our frustrations on your people and this was not fair to you, or your organization. All men and women of the Congress have been informed to not use Luneburg and Bremen until this situation has been resolved.
Is there anything we can do to make amends and show our support for the cause of the Bundshuh.
Your apology is appreciated. I apologize for the necessity of making you wait, but the Nuremberg situation currently dominates the Party's attention. I will convene with its Central Committee on terms and an agreement to resolve this matter as soon as is possible. Expect word soon.
I've shared your transmission with the Bundschuh Party's Central Committee, and we've arranged a temporary draft of a solution in accordance with the Party's current situation.
At present, we're willing to overlook one shipment of scrap to The Core provided that any Congress ship defer to a ranking Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee pilot or Captain's suggestions and directives when in territory controlled by the Bundschuh. This includes the solar Northeast of Frankfurt, the solar South of Munich, the East of Bremen, and all of Luneburg.
An additional caveat that we'd like your complicit assistance with is in part the Nuremberg Exodus crisis. Evidently a substantial number of Rheinlanders managed to escape from the surface either on their own or with help, and most have flocked to Kreuzberg due to their political status; awaiting passing Freelancers and the like to take them to Liberty.
Our goal is for each and every dissident seeking to escape from Rheinland until more favorable political conditions are in effect - Is granted the opportunity to live freely and as they wish, and not be held down by serfdom or tyranny. Put simply, the Party is concerned that a number of these early departures are unaccounted for in our records, and they appear to have vanished. Bethlehem Station - The point of many fresh arrivals to Liberty - Appears to be at just as much of a loss as we are as to their whereabouts.
My hope and that of the Central Committee is that the Congress might shed light on where in Liberty they could have vanished to.
Firstly I would like to apologies for the rather slow response from us.
Secondly I have already spoken to a few members of the Congress and we have already infiltrated Bethlehem Station with a Luxury Liner, while delivering some Refugees from Kreuzberg Depot. Hopefully our Junker member will be able to inform us on anything that is occurring on Bethlehem. If anything does appear or seem suspicious we will let you know immediatly.
Will just upload the infiltration footage and we will keep searching.
Do excuse my... Reservations regarding "infiltration" of Bethlehem Station with a Luxury Liner. With all due respect it seems as if it would make any aboard it more conspicuous than if it were simply the standard rounds of Zoners and Libertonians plying the lane there and back.
If I may be blunt, the very nature of Junker activities makes it terribly difficult to take anything said completely at face value. I'm well-aware that many darker aspects of the Rheinland Underground frequent Kreuzberg far more often than representatives of the Party do; and I'm of the personal belief that these "patrons" may be preying upon the Nuremberg Squatters residing upon your station for varying amounts of time. It isn't exactly an unknown fact amongst this Underground that Kreuzberg like many Junker depots is something of an open-air bazaar where everything has a price - I was personally offered Cardamine by a conspicuous hawker last I visited.
I should hope that these priced-objects do not include the very people that the Party seeks to liberate.
First, I would like to apologize for the amount of time it has taken to get back to you on this. Yes, we did send in a single Junker mixed in with a bunch of Political Refugees. And this has proved successful. I would like to take this opportunity to include you his first check in. This is a live call, directly from Deputy Arbiter Bill’s communication feed. Jacob, the Junker we sent in, has been very dilligent in tracking down where your initial refugees ended up. I’m sure he has some valuable information for you.
Jacob: Hello, is this working? Bill: Yeah, I’m hearing you. Jacob: Bill, I have news for you. It hasn’t been easy, hiding amongst these refugees. We’re packed in like sardines, but I’ve managed to gain access to a couple of terminals here. Bill: Best you don’t keep us waitin. We’re keen on puttin this behind us. Jacob: Right, well, that’s the thing. They never arrived here. At first I thought this was an error in the system, or perhaps an oversight when the first transports arrived. But, come to find out, according to the system logs, only one Junker vessel has docked here with Political Refugees. Bill, it was your ship, from when you brought me in. Bill: If’n they ain’t been sent there, where’ve they gone? Jacob: We have heard rumors that some of the refugees have been taken to Rochester in New York. Bill: That don’t sound right. I been to Rochester ‘fore an ain’t seen none of ‘em there. Jacob: I know. Bill, you gave me a mission, and I have done my best to fulfill it. That’s why I contacted Rochester and had some logs sent to me. It would appear that the ships carrying the first batches of refugees arrived at Rochester! Bill: At least we know where they’ve gone to. Rochester’ll treat ‘em right. Jacob: Sir, they’re not there anymore. I have checked the records. From the logs they have sent me it would appear several Junker Congress vessels pick them up a few days later. Their flight plan shows their destination at Omicron Alpha, Planet Mal… Bill: Cut transmission. Cut this dam….
