Konbanwa to our allies of the Sigmas, Rheinland, and the Omicrons. The Dragons have not spoke much to you recently, but we are working on a project, and need your assistance.
The war on Kusari is at a higher point than ever, and the Dragons are beginning a buildup, however we cannot complete it alone on time. The Dragon's specifically are focusing on a build-up of Strikecraft and Warships, so thus comes the simple point of having supplies delivered. This however will not be without reward, as the Dragons will be happy to provide a bonus to any supplies delivered for the following vessels. The supplies will be arranged by shipclass as well as the amount of ships that must be built. However, know this is not without reward, the Dragons will provide an extra 2,000 credits per unit of supplies delivered, allowing your kindness to pay off. Find below the supplies to be delivered, state specifically which shipclass you deliver for and make sure to record the time and date of drop-offs at Kyoto Base:
"Hachiman" Class Gunboat Quantity to be assembled: x4
1,000 Lasers
250 Copper
1500 Hull Panels
10 Nuclear Devices
100 Heat Sinks
750 Engine Components
10,000 Hull Panels
4,000 Industrial Hardware
We appreciate your time and effort into the Blood Dragons. Remember we are offering a bonus of 2,000 Credits per cargo unit, a designated board has been placed into this transmission, we hope you may begin soon.
We will support our allies by any means possible. Thus, command has seen it fit to redirect portion of our logistic fleet towards Kusari to aid you in this project. Certain number of listed resources are easily accessible to us and we will fill given quota for them. Expect first shipments to arrive very soon from Omicron direction.
I welcome the re-affirmation of our Sigma Alliance and I hope that the metaphorical "front" on your end of Sirius goes well. I must confess that while under ordinary circumstances we would make the completion of your requests a reality, your Project reaches the Widerstandsarmee's flotilla at the worst possible time.
Regrettably we're up to our necks in our own Project; specifically, an effort to depopulate the dying Nuremberg for exodus. I can relay specifics in person should you choose to send an envoy to our territory, but the brunt of our transports will be heavily occupied in finding these desperate people a safer haven away from Nuremberg, and even from Rheinland should they wish it. Should you of course be able to take any of them on yourselves, I'm certain some might seek work from whomever offers, even with our discrepancies in House-based culture.
On a more positive note, I'm of the belief that our stronghold at Bruchsal is capable of requisitioning more than enough of your quota of "Industrial Hardware" given enough time, coercion, and limited-scale production. All signatories of this Project and of the Sigma Alliance are of course welcome to place orders for anything that the Party's Quartermasters have to offer in surplus.
Otherwise, the Widerstandsarmee wishes your Project the best of fortune. We'll help when and if we can.
The Guild has pledged to continue to honour our friendship, and today is no different. It is a privilege to be trusted by our friends, the Dragons, to assist with such an important project. Our transports will begin deliveries of the goods required shortly.
