Are we all missing the inRP consequences of what Core did there?
They wanted an entire station to burn. A station with - considering, that basically anyone can dock on it - immense amounts of people, not to mention incredible numbers of civilians and personnel who have nothing to do with the squabble that made Core fire upon the Freeport.
You know what those people are called? "Innocent"
And the Core basically thought it was fine to sacrifice thousands of innocent human lives they swore to protect because a few individuals got mad at their behaviour and shot at them.
Reminder: The Core who fired upon the Freeport 11, willing to sacrifice civilian lives plans to colonize Nauru and establish TOURISM
Not to be honest or anything, but I doubt that would work now
This is not ooRP hate that's going on. That's basically the entire Sirius Sector reacting to Terrorism.

Truth be told, a lot of OORP hate is circulating Skype at TS
But yeah, this is also a IRP reaction to core agression vs the Zoners
You attack a base, you gotta live with the consequences too.
This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.

Personally my Skype is silent and I am not into TS. Why would I consider it as something wrong when all I got from this event in result is amusement and fun?
If you keep discussions there, where "rage" is coming from, then it is only up to you.

You may not see it yourself Swallow, but the OFL chat was alight, and Core has been getting stomped for this all around Skype

So shoot back at them... why attack the freeport? You knew drama would come right after. And don't tell me its because they shot at yaren, because they are INDIES!! If you say there is ooRP involved, act ooRPly, filling a sanction report for an instance. Don't shoot the Freeport.

Remind everyone to keep things iRP then.
IS it really worth to be taken OORP? If I were a psychologist who had been given a chance to examine the community, I'd make conclusions like about Biosphere and other experiments with people being into enclosed space exposed to each others. Think of it and tell other to think: mature people are raging about the events that happened in the game. Game. GAME.
Now, whoever reads this and feel the urge to hate a person after the character, think of it like of a pen and paper game when you personally see the guy before you, when you clearly see that what you are doing is game, look at this from the SIDE. And think if it is worth spending nerves to it or not.
I know you will ignore or argue me here, but what can I do if you do not want to pause and chill? Remember the rules "Be nice to each other" and "RP no matter what"? It is about a time to apply them.
And sorry for off-topic.
Indie Zoner fires on Core vessel/Core NPC base = Core official faction firing on a Freeport TWICE, claiming the Freeport is theirs, and now you say that this is ooRP.
Quote:If we want to deal with things via official factions
The actions from one or two Zoner indies make an OFFICIAL faction essentially declare War on Zoners...
Deal with the inRP repercussions. If you don't like this outcome, you should not have shot Zoner ships (BEFORE the whole Yaren thing), violated the NFZ time and time again, and shouldn't have launched an assault on FP11.
People are breaking ID lines left right and center and generally being complete ooRP asshats. Core players are getting hurt and upset. And you expect us to still have fun admist all of this?
