Hello everyone -

Given the events of late, I must again thank everyone that has assisted in helping Freeport 11 and her guests during this time. Many lives have been lost, and many are still in critical condition. With that said, the work is far from over.

I will be leaving this comm open for response t' allow reports coming in regarding hostile and offensive actions by the Core and any organization that wish t' capitalize on the horrific events that have occurred. If possible I would appreciate if the following format be used when sending a comm through this channel:

I must remind everyone too that all our actions are being used against us, and as such I urge all Zoners t' remain defensive, do not aggravate the aggressors, and that our primary focus is the safeguarding of all those still aboard Freeport 11 as well as aid coming in. Do not give the Core or their allies any reason t' continue hostilities against us, as their actions thusfar are digging their own grave. Let us not join them.

URGENT WARNING:
Core vessels attack FP11-bound relief transports

This is an urgent warning to all trade ships flying towards Freeport 11 in the relief effort after the Core attack on Freeport 11:
The Core is now intercepting and attacking trade ships and civilians seemingly without regard to affiliation or diplomacy. Just a short while ago two Core warships intercepted and engaged an IMG and ALG convoy when it was trying to enter Omicron Delta peacefully.

We only narrowly escaped at this time and thank God we had expected the Core to be barbaric enough to exactly try this. What surprised us though was that we did not encounter interceptor fighters and bombers, but a full-fledged battlegroup.

We made it into Delta and to the Freeport successfully, dropping the cargo. The help that was offered to our convoy after this attack was breathtaking and a reaffirmation that there is good in Sirius.

On our way back, we were intercepted by Core vessels again.

As soon as they came into range, they opened fire at a Zoner Colony Ship which they destroyed, not without taking heavy damage themselves, which made them run off after the engagement. The heroic sacrifice of the Zoner crew prevented damage to Freeport 15, its inhabitants and our relief convoy.

This is so far the first attack in which an IMG| transport vessel has been destroyed. Luckily the fight ended close to the Freeport so that the crew could be saved in a timely manner and only light and medium injuries were inflicted. The transport was carrying DROP relief cargo and was intercepted by Core vessels.

Core ships attacked Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta with a battlegroup of Mako warships, shelling it for several minutes, after destroying everything that was near it. The Zoner ships that were there and had not been part of any hostility were destroyed by these bloodthirsty barbarians. This attack comes after a day in which Core ships openly attacked Zoners near Freeport 11 at least twice.
