Over time, our two organizations have steadily seen more and more of one another. Be it simple convoy escorting duties, mining zone security, or guiding the relief efforts for the disastrous events in Omicron Delta, we cannot deny that the proximity and cooperation exists, and is mutually beneficial to both of us. Despite the accusations we were presented with - which were retracted by the Guild, you know us to be trustworthy and capable. I come to you today with a proposal, on behalf of Keeper Revenant and the Inner Phalanx of Battlegroup Auxesia, which I personally believe you will find mutually beneficial to us in both short and long term goals, one which will change our means of cooperation beyond a simple partnership. I come to suggest the negotiations of an alliance - One which both the Independent Miners Guild and Battlegroup Auxesia will certainly prosper from.
The proposal of course, comes with terms. Some of which we will lay out, whilst the others we'd ask that yourself and the Board discuss. The Inner Phalanx proposes the following terms:
- Auxesia will station a wing of Saracen BDR-804 Fighter craft, as well as several other personal fighter/bomber craft, within the Taus region for added security within Guild controlled space, and for direct strikes against the Maltese Nacion in cooperation with the Crayterian Republic and Independent Miners Guild Security teams.
- Auxesia will provide direct aid in the interdiction of the Cardamine trade, and the disruption of the slave industry and the rescue of those who fell into its grasp.
- Auxesia's Logistics division under Venator Alan E. Stacker will provide support for any existing Independent Miners Guild projects that are outstanding delivery service assistance, within reason and coherence of the Battlegroup's standing towards other nations/organizations within Sirius.
- Auxesia will negotiate supply & resource acquisition agreements from the Independent Miners Guild in coherence of supply requirements and availability as our first choice when seeking external aid to maintain stock of needed resources.
- Auxesia offers the use of the City Ship Sovereign as a refueling point for local security patrols within the Taus and Independent worlds, and as a point of rest for any Guild members who seek such.
In times like these, it is often prudent to seek companions and friends to ensure survival and stability in a rough galaxy. The Inner Phalanx hopes that the Independent Miners Guild sees this as an opportunity to move forward in unison, and further improve the Sirius Sector together.
The Guild agrees that Auxesia forces and Guild members have been working together very well since first contacts was established. The Guild appreciates the assistance we have been given by your forces.
Consequently there is nothing that speaks against an even closer cooperation, with a possibility of an alliance in the future. The Guild is willing to negotiate into that direction and I have the Guildmasters' backing to do exactly this.

Assistance is very welcome in the Taus. Depending on your stance with Gallia, this cooperation needs to be more or less covert. If Gallia is at least neutral, you can use Java in Tau 23, however when not, Java has to be strictly off limits. In that case, Falkland in Tau 37 is the best base of operation. It is also a good position to stage raids against Outcast space as well as intercept missions against slave and cardamine trade.

Help is gladly accepted. If there have to be any changes in Bounty Board contracts, let me know, in order to facilitate this.

Depending on stance and diplomatic relations, the Guild will assess which projects can be opened to Auxesia participation. The Guild can offer the same in return.
Quote:- Auxesia will negotiate supply & resource acquisition agreements from the Independent Miners Guild in coherence of supply requirements and availability as our first choice when seeking external aid to maintain stock of needed resources.
The Guild can offer its allies and close business partners prices that no other supplier can offer. I'll do some calculations and will come up with a few suggestions for numbers. Depending on the development of our cooperation, these can be adapted to mirror our progress.

The Guild has no knowledge about this vessel, therefore we would request some more intel on it, so we can judge for which operations this offer of support makes sense.
I do not think that there are any fundamental issues that are brought up in your terms. I am positive that we can find good solutions that work for mutual benefit.
What the Guild needs is a quick summary of how Auxesia's relations with other organisations is. The Guild's political stances are not always easy and working with allies can become unexpectedly tricky fast when it's not clear where the different sides stand. Can you provide me with an overview of whom Auxesia regards as unfriendly/hostile?
Thank you in advance and the Guild is looking forward to the cooperation!

The Inner Phalanx wishes to express its excitement and gratitude for the approach on the Guild's behalf towards these negotiations. As such, per the requested clarifications, you will find the information below.
- The Inner Phalanx acknowledges the need for secrecy and covert operations in the region due to the watching eye of the Royalists in the area. Auxesian forces have had little to no contact with the Gallic Royal Navy or any contact with any foreign party originating from the House of Gallia. Neutrality is assumed due to no attempts at hostilities or disagreements made by either party. However, the nature of several craft that we possess can pose a potential risk to the Guild's relationship with the Royalist forces. Naturally, precautions for the use of such vessels in the region are in place to prevent any conflicts and endanger our personnel as well as the Guild's reputation.
- Interdiction and rescue operations have already taken place, and will likely continue as planned without hindrance. We look forward to working together in this regard.
- While we strive to maintain a good standing across Sirius, there are areas that we've found ourselves unwelcomed due to past actions and current relations. Auxesian forces, including Logistics, are not welcomed within the Republic of Liberty, and lack the necessary visa papers to enter the House of Gallia. The Battlegroup retains a positive standing within the Kingdom of Bretonia and a partnership with the Bretonian Armed Forces. Contact with the Rheinland and Kusarian Governments has been limited, yet we remain seen as civilians within their space.
- Further discussions of supply contracts can be discussed at a later date. The Inner Phalanx expresses its gratitude in the willingness to cooperate on this front.
- The City Ship Sovereign is a retrofitted Bustard-Class Civilian Carrier stationed within the independent worlds as a Mobile Base Platform. The vessel has five fully operational landing bays for maintenance, refueling, and temporary rest within the vessel for bar access or temporary residence. While obviously not a front-line warship, the weaponry it possesses makes it capable of defending its self, and it has remained a suitable operations point for domestic patrols within the Independent worlds. The Guild is welcomed to utilize the vessel as a point of rest, as well as to stage patrols and smuggling interdiction raids from at any time.
Furthermore, The Inner Phalanx wholeheartedly understands the fragile and difficult diplomatic status that the Independent Miners Guild often finds its self in. We are much the same in this regard. However, you'll find that many of our less-than-loved encounters have been primarily with generic pirate rings, criminals, extra-terrestrial combatants and hostiles. While it is true that our forces are blacklisted in the Republic of Liberty, we have no intention of inciting conflict or entering combat with Republic authorities at any time. Any conflicts that arise in the region are purely out of self-defense on our regard. Several pilots within the Navy First Fleet have recognized our, well, what would likely be described as 'vigilante acts', in defense of their logistics convoys and aiding their patrols against local Rogue elements and Maltese incursions.
As of late, due to the brewing conflict within Omega-3 and Cambridge, Auxesian forces were asked to provide aid in defending the Kingdom of Bretonia from the Red Hessian advance. With conflict slowing down, our forces have withdrawn and left the fighting to the Bretonian Armed Forces, to return to one of our main focus zones and halt the movement of Cardamine, disrupting the Maltese economy.
Our forces have, time and time again, clashed with the Cretan Nation in the Edge worlds and Omegas. The most recent skirmish in which one of our pilots was critically wounded from a forced combat ejection. Said pilot has since recovered and is slowly returning to active duty within Auxesia. Naturally, we seek to halt the growth of their criminal empire, and will frequently disrupt the Artifact trade where we can.
Prior to the incidents within Omicron Delta, our forces were engaged by a combination of Coalition and Red Hessian assets within the Omega region. This had, much to our distaste, prompted conflict and retaliation with the Sirius Coalition. However, following the events of Delta, the conflict has subsided, and a secession of hostilities was negotiated. While it is unfortunate that they declined an offer for cooperation in opposition to the Cretan Nation, we are relieved to not have more guns pointed at our backs.
As you know, we openly detest the Core's actions and true nature, and destroy them when we find them. No further clarification needed on this topic.
The Order is a rather difficult topic of discussion in regards to diplomacy. While it's true, that in the past we had attacked them, attempts to repair relations have failed, and resulted in the Order calling for the execution of Keeper Revenant. This demand was refused, and the Order has chosen to hunt us where they find us. All attempts by their forces have failed, and there are no plans nor intentions for retaliation against the Order, The Overwatch, or the megalomaniac who leads their self-proclaimed empire.
Lastly, Auxesia wishes to extend its thanks for the hospitality and assistance the Guild has provided in the past, and all of us are looking forward to the bright future between our two organizations.
Thank you for your speedy reply and the clarifications that the Guild needed.
We do not see any complications that cannot be overcome rather easily.

Personal experience tells me that this does not have to be the case. I highly suggest to get into contact with the Gallic Royal Navy offices in the Taus before making contact. It is very easy to get into conflict with GRN and when there was no diplomatic stance established before, Gallia can be fast with their verdict.
To avoid any complications, I would assume Tau 37 Falkland as the most suitable base of operations. Once you can be sure of guaranteed neutrality, Java station makes for the more pleasant staging point.
Thank you also for writing up your stance towards other groups.
The Independent Miners Guild regards the Red Hessian movement as a political entity and we have a rule of not to get involved in intra-house affairs. The only consequence of this would be that - when escorting or cooperating with IMG vessels at that moment - no hostilities need to be commenced. If Auxesia wants to fight, these hostilities need to be separated from IMG-Auxesia cooperation. The Guild is not interested in getting involved in their allies' diplomacy, as long as it does not influence ours.
There might be more groups that could fall into the category of Red Hessians, however these cases are only significant when we cooperate at that moment and then it will not be a problem to clarify the situation at hand.
I do not see any trouble in the cooperation and I am looking forward to seeing cooperation between IMG and Auxesia forces in space.
