Wild Bill,
Due to the recent cooperation in regards to business between Auxesia and the Junkers Congress, I'd like to inquire about some things. I understand that a major portion of your business involves the salvage of ships and the like, which would lead me to believe there are shipyard facilities in your control. In fact, I /know/ there is. Though, that is a past story for another time.
To summarize, I'd like to inquire the Congress' position on a temporary contract to utilize the production facilities at Vieques Shipyard, and to later use the facility for a refit of one of our assets. In return, we'd offer monetary compensation of course, and depending on the length of the production - based on the speed of logistics - we'd not draw attention to your operations in the region. Should you accept, this matter will be handed to Templar Jari Aalto for further discussion.

Howdy,
A temptin offer. I got a couple of concerns 'bout this. Ain't too many folks what ain't Junkers've been allowed access to Vieques. Ain't to say we're not keen on the idea. An that'll bring me to my second issue. You'll be seein how we operate in Puerto Rico. I'm sure y'all can understand, we ain't too keen on y'all seein jus how we earn our livin in our home system. I'd say it ain't exactly clean, but I figure y'all're aware of that already. If'n you ain't catchin what I'm sayin, I'll make it plain fer you. What you may see bein moved in or out of Puerto Rico ain't none of yer business an 'fore we're keen on agreein to this, we'll be needin assurance that y'all ain't going to be abusin what y'all might be seein.
As fer the fee. We ain't interested in money fer this. What'd be good fer us is a favor to be claimed at a later time. I ain't stupid, an I know y'all ain't lackin in intelligence, so I won't be insultin you here. We ain't askin fer y'all to sign on to a blanket unnamed favor. I'll make it clear fer y'all. If'n called upon, we'll be expectin y'all to help defend Puerto Rico or our ships if'n we should ever come under heavy fire what we ain't able to defend ourselves from. We won't be askin fer y'all to fire upon folks what may be yer allies or kin. But, should we be needin firepower 'gainst a mutual enemy or folks what y'all don't care 'bout shootin, y'all will be willin to do so.

Wild Bill,
Confidentiality is a matter that I can understand wholeheartedly. However, our initial request isn't exactly immediate, nor will we need to call upon Vieques' services in the near future as far as we can see. Do not let this dissuade you from making your offer for a favor now, though. As you've said, dependent on the mutual enemy, would depend on our involvement. While we're opposed to the various domestic criminal elements, I'm aware of your disposition towards the dwindling Xenos movement. The tenuous relationship their movement has maintained with the Hellfire Legion could potentially put our reputation with the Commonwealth at risk, thus it is likely any aid on this regard would be done covertly, or until a better understanding of how well a reception of hostilities would be could be obtained.
The level of support will be discussed and evaluated by the Inner Phalanx. Expect to hear a response in this regard over a more official network.
The time has come for me to once again officially request clearance to Puerto Rico for the use of a shipyard facility at Vieques. This time - Confidentiality is key. As previously discussed, whatever might be seen will not matter, but this situation is of the utmost importance.
An operation is planned in the near future in which a vessel will be recovered from the field after a skirmish for immediate repairs. Your people and their expertise will certainly be of use, and if the negotiated terms above are nullified, then allow me to once again state that we are willing to discuss it.

Howdy,
I'm keen on believin y'all. We done a bit of business here an there an y'all ain't done us harm yet. Reckon we'd be able to work somethin out. As fer the credits, I got somethin else in mind. I'm workin on creatin some new bounties an I'd like to know if'n y'all might be interested in shootin folk in exchange fer usin the station? Course you'll have to view a few of the targets 'fore you agree. I ain't keen on makin y'all agree to kill someone what might be yer friend. Should have some of 'em ready fer y'all to view soon if'n y'all agree to it. An we'll keep quiet 'bout anythin we might see y'all doin in Puerto Rico, an we'll be expectin the same in return.
Once again it's a pleasure to hear from you. It gladdens me to see you're willing to grant this request. That now leaves me with re-strategizing our plan of action before this step is taken.
As for the bounties, perhaps you have a list available of the potentially marked targets? The Keeper has asked me to inquire about who we'd be possibly hunting, as we aren't mercenaries. If a small list can be assembled and delivered, it'd be most appreciated.
Sender ID:"Tantalus" Location Origin:UNKNOWN Encryption:Ra Greetings to the Junkers Congress, this is Commander Tantalus, captain of the OCV-Razgriz, the ship that has been the subject of the talks between you and Curator Endurance these past days.
Auxesia has assisted in moving my ship... out of the Order's care, and according to the talks between you and Endurance, has now brought us to your shipyard in Puerto Rico.
The Razgriz has now arrived in Puerto Rico, so I am introducing myself and my ship to you now. You'll find it rather barren of any crew save for me, and with a rather large dent in the Engine Reactor. Myself and Auxesia will be able to deliver the supplies necessary for the ship's repair, so thus we ask you for any supplies you may need from the Logistics corp before repair is successful.
Thank you for your time, and for letting us use your system, engineers, and shipyard.

Howdy,
Pleased to meet you captain. I reckon we'd be able to help you an yer ship. We got ourselves a Chief Engineer on Vieques. Goes by the name of Juan Ortega. He's been doin some good work there an he'd be yer best bet fer gittin yer ship fixed up. I've given him access to this here channel an he should be gittin in contact with y'all shortly.
Arbriter Bill told me about your problem and well.... (spits to the side) .... I've been scanning the blueprints I reckon we may need some materials at hand before we start repairing the Reactor.
Oh boy I always wondered how anybody could wreck a reactor so bad.. I thought i saw worse but ooh boy yours is miles ahead of what i saw. Why the other day i saw this chap with a bad reactor. the diods were all melted and..... (BRIEF PAUSE)
Ayayayayaya here i went off track again.
Ok Senors... this is the list of materials we may be needing
15000 units of Engine Components
