I would like to know what are the procedures i should follow to gain your license for constructing a cloak factory. Before I forward your request to polizei oberkommando, which will decide about the permission itself, I would like to ask what you mean exactly by "entering the world of cloak devices manufacturing". Free commercial sale of these devices is not possible, because every ship not belonging to law enforcement authorities which would buy the device on your base would violate Rheinland laws in moment when the device would be installed to the ship for simple reason that use of cloaking devices on them is illegal unless they have special permission.

It's good to hear from you and know that you are safe and sound mien frau. I would like to answer your questions and elaborate more here. I meant by "Entering the world of cloaking devices manufacturing" to start manufacturing this kind of devices and sell it to the licensed pilots and authorities of rhienland space. I know that these devices require a license and i don't want to sell these devices to anyone who is not authorized by the rhienland federal polizei to use it. Rest assured that these devices will only be sold to the RM , RFP , BDM and other pilots who succeeded in obtaining a license from your respected office about using this kind of devices. I can follow whatever system or procedures given by the federal polizei so i will wait your reply about this elaboration and i hope that you are having a gut day mien frau.

Danke for the clarification. However, I was reminded that there is another issue which needs to be solved. It is related to the materials of nomad origin which are used for manufacturing of cloaking devices. Transportation of such materials is not allowed because they are considered as contraband by laws due to their nature. Thus we need to know how and where do you plan to obtain such materials and how or by whom you plan to transport them inside Rheinland space to your base.

It's me Mark and i just received your transmission and read it, then i started thinking who would be the best legal person to deliver those materials to my installation. I think the best would be the Core or others that works with the Core, but it needs an agent to legalize it, so i think the MND / BDM would be a great idea. I will also wait your reply about any suggestions or recommendations because i usually get good ideas from that. Have a gut day mien frau.

Organization known as The Core is not allowed to transport materials of nomad origin in Rheinland by our laws. Another possibility you mentioned - Büro der Marineintelligenz - would be acceptable, so you can contact it arrange a deal. However, this bring an idea that you can actually directly ask the Büro to issue permission for construction of cloaking device factory on your base, since it has the same power to do that as federal polizei and you would cooperate with them regarding the nomad materials anyway. Thus, we recommend you to contact the Büro with the whole issue.

I understand the part about the core organization, so it's not a problem since i got another option, which is the Büro der Marineintelligenz but what i don't understand is your total retreat from the entire situation and directing it totally to the Büro der Marineintelligenz while your previous transmission was showing that the problem is in legalizing the sources and transportation of remains. I will contact the BDM but i am just curious about one question mien frau. Why didn't you let me contact the Büro der Marineintelligenz from the begining and save me all that time? or why you didn't just approve a conditional license and it's validity is suspended until i get approval about the remains transportation from the Büro der Marineintelligenz? Federal polizei is obliged to examine all requests and applications we get. At the beginning, we could not know your plans, if you have solutions to problematic issues or not, or what deals you have for example with other law enforcement authorities. Without this information, we could not decide how to handle your request.
At this moment, after gathering all information, we feel it is more than logical that considering you will be contacting the Büro anyway to solve the issue of tranportation of material of nomad origin, you can directly request permission for your factory from it, instead of negotiating with the Büro about transportation and then returning to federal polizei to continue negotiation about the permission with us. However if you for some reason prefer this way, you are free to do so.
