A brief Over View of this operation involves us deploying and maintaining a forward offensive base within the war zone of Leeds,
From this base:
# we will train and deploy Marines to the planet Leeds to combat the Gallic ground forces,
# Evacuate to, the Leeds refugees and Casualties where they can be treated upon the >SEI<[intel]HS-Marama before being transported to planet Sprague,
# Launch raids into all sectors of leeds and long range missions into the heart of Gallia,
# Staging point for Kingdom forces,
# Safe zone for all BAF and BPA vessels entering the Leeds system,
# Repair and resupply of our own and Bretonian war vessels,
Docking access for this forward base will be >SEI<[intel] BPA BAF BMF
Above access can be altered upon your request
Above access will not be altered from us without your approval
Base Affiliation will be one of two, BAF or Freelancer, this is open for negotiation between us
Our end objective with ''Operation Retake'' is to return Leeds to the crown and Queen,
We fully believe this can be done with the use of this forward base as the first steep.
This is a very brief overview of the operation outlining none of the logistics and bretonian bodies willing to aid,
It does not show the full scope of ''Operation Retake"
it does not outline or mention future plans for moving the effort into Gallia

As you have stated that i need to register the planed base with the registration office we have done so HERE
As we are hoping that approval will be granted we wish to continue negotiations of details such as base affiliation and supply of marines and weapons,
For this Ms. Shepherd will apply for the ability to be legally able to transport these with our transportation vessels from New London to Leeds,
However i was hoping that these items may be something you the BAF are willing to supply the base with on a regular basses as well, or possibly another bretonian corporation that you feel will be willing, and also has the ability to do so,
Another will be the use of military land vessels, Currently we are unsure of the viability of storing and deploying these from our future facility, on this matter i ask your advice,
If we are however to make use of these as well, i would ask that these be brought into the base by your forces at a rate of no more the 2,000 unites per week, from witch point we will deliver them to the planet along with the marines to man them,
These are the first details i wish to sort out before we move onto other issues of base deployment and logistics,

As you may have seen our operation is now underway,
The Facility SEI DeltaBase is now available for all you forces to dock and operate from as you can see HERE under docking permission all bretonian forces have been granted docking access,
I would like to discuss with you some of the items we are providing to the resistance fighters, mainly the black market items,
I do realize under normal condition no legal base of bretonia would be allowed to sell these items but these are not normal conditions,
Firstly let me explain the reason behind this and what i request of you in this matter,
The reason we are importing these items to SEI DeltaBase and exporting them to the resistance fighters is there superior nature, we feel as does the resistance fighters upon the planet that having military grade weapons will better suit there current needs as arming there fighters is there with weapons better then the civilian class light and side arms,
What we request from you in this that we be left to do this as they are needed upon the planet, we have insured that no black market weapons will pass through new london it self and have taken steps to insure that they will only be sold on the planet, anyone caught trying to take them anywhere else will be dealt with by us and arrested to be passed onto you

The base location will be forwarded to you upon request and from you out to your fleets or captains who wish to have a harbor there.

I am afraid the Fleet Admiral did not find any time to respond to this comm, she is caught up in matters of the national security most of the time.
We very much appreciate that your installation allows our forces to repair and refuel, this eases our efforts in the system noteably.
For the Black Market Munition I can not grant you to ship it on my own, but you are always welcome to request a license from the BPA).

I understand well the strains of command and can find no fault in you replying instead of the Fleet Admiral,
i have already obtained a military shipping license HERE, however this does not cover Black Market weapons,
Due to Leeds being a contested war zone i assumed that there the admiralty would have the final say, if i have been mistaken on this then i shall contact the BPA) before we send the first shipment to the resistance fighters.

im glad you approve and hope you will find much use in our facilities and we look forward to working together in combating the Gallic invasion
