Greetings, members of Crayter Republic government.
My name is General Flavio Aetius, and I speak on behalf of Freelancer Escorts and Repairs. I have received news of an unfortunate incident, which took place in Coronado system. From what I was told, two freelancers with the tag of our group, helped Lane Hackers against Auxesia and your military.
The first thing I would like to say is that our members are freelancers. We are not a corporation, or paramilitary or any group with a fixed command structure at all. We are a group of freelancers who decided to join their forces to improve our chances in the heavy competition of Sirius. And since we are, at core, freelancers, we cannot oversee everything our members do. Each member is free to choose his contracts or to trade and escort wherever he wants, as long as he stays within our Code of conduct.
And since I already mentioned it, yes we do have a Code of conduct. We are traders, suppliers, scouts and escorts. We do not participate in unlawful actions, we do not harm civilians and we certainly do not agree with what those two freelancers did and said. Our group doesn’t consider Lane Hackers allies or friends and we do not have any contact with them. On the other hand, we are registered at your Bounty Board, we worked on several contracts for GalSpan Corporation and we would like to continue doing so.
The actions of those pilots harmed both your Republic, and our group, and we are currently dealing with the two new members who clearly broke not only our Code of conduct, but your laws too. Rest assured that there will be consequences for the mentioned pilots.
We understand that while we are group of individuals, we share the identification tag, and actions of one member can be held against our group as a whole. Therefore, we would like to offer you our sincere apology, and as a token of our good will towards Crayter Republic, we offer you a sum of 200 million credits to cover any possible damages those freelancers might caused. As an alternative, in case you don’t need the money, we can deliver a reasonable amount of cargo of your choice to your bases, free of charge.
I hope we can settle this matter in civil manner. We do not wish to be considered enemies of your Republic.

General Flavio Aetius,
I am Admiral Claire Chandler from the Crayter Republic.
It seems that you came to us rather quickly with an explanation of the actions the pilots of your group took. You are saying that your pilots are free to do as they wish and shoot friends of your group. Is that not wrong in a way. Should you not be trying to enforce such thing not to happen?
What listening to this transmission I have gained respect for you showing will and courage to fix things and that you are not happy with the way two of the Freelancers handled a situation. Shooting at Crayterian Military and also Auxesian ships with an over whelming force. This is some what suspicious for one to claim that you are not considered allies of friends to the Lane Hackers but you are seen as friends of the Republic but still fire at my people.
You say that you are registered on our bounty board and you have been for a long time. We also are aware you have had several contracts with GalSpan Corporations but this still does not explain the reasons for your two pilots to shoot at my pilots.
I am requesting for you to inform on how you are going to deal with these two members. If they are not dealt with then I will have to inform my members as have them seen as a threat and to not be trusted, this will also risk the chances for your people to work with us. I do not want to see your freelancers be at risk of not working with the Crayter Republic because of this incident. So be co operative and inform us on how you will be dealing with it.
Your sincere apology has hereby been accepted. The token of our good will towards Crayter Republic is not what we expected but we wish to accept for the 200 million credits to cover the damages. I'm sure you are aware that money does not pay for a humans life. Personally I could never place money on someones head or pay for someones death as an apology. But please transfer the credits over to CR|-Treasury with a screen cap and time stamped receipt. Then I am sure we can put this situation behind us once we received informed on how you will handle this.

Good day Admiral Claire Chandler
I want to rectify what i meant when i said that "each member is free to choose his contracts, trade and escort wherever he wants."
Firstly, our members are free to do that, aslong as he respects and follows our Code of Conduct, which, as I explained before, means that none of our freelancers should ever engage nor disrespect the occupying forces of whichever system they're conducting business, In this case, the Crayter Republic in Coronado.
Secondly, what I meant to explain in my last transmission, is that: Since we're a network of freelancers and not an organized military force such as yourself, it's not common for us to assign a "Veteran Pilot" to oversee and train a "new recruit". This is justified by the fact that all freelancers are equal and have no official chain of hierarchy.
Right now, I'm just trying to shed a light on who we are and how we operate. I believe one needs to get to know their friends before one can effectively build a relationship of trust between them. This, however, does not justify what happened, because, we as a group, should have done a better and thorough job informing our recruits about the rules and laws of Sirius. For my failure in that matter, I sincerely apologise.
Regarding our two recruits, I believe you have every right to know how we've dealt with them, so here is that information:
I have spoken with [FL-ER]Pvt.Lebedev and we both agreed that he should follow a different path in life and stand down from our group. This means that Nathan Lebedev is not a part of [FL-ER] anymore and should not be seen flying with our banner anymore.
[FL-ER]Frances is still with us. He understands clearly that what he has done was wrong and is more than willing to do anything to prove himself to the Crayter Republic. He wishes to amend his relationship with the Republic and earn your trust once again. We believe Frances has much potential and I am confident that with time he will prove himself to be an invaluable friend of the Republic. I only ask, for you to be able to forgive his unfortunate mistake and give him a chance to rectify his wrongdoings.
As promised, to compensate for the damages we caused, we have transferred 200M credits to your treasury as you can verify in the following log:
I Thank you for your patience and understanding Admiral Claire Chandler, You are someone who is undoubtly honorable and deserving of respect. Let's swiftly put this incident behind us, join forces, and prosper together. I'm certain the Republic can benefit from us when it comes to building, supplying and repairing as much as we can benefit from the protection your great man and woman of the military provide us when we travel within your Home!

General Flavio Aetius,
It seems that the two pilots in question did not respect and broke the Code of Conduct and made Crayter have to pay and repair for new ships but also put Crayterian pilots at more of a risk while being severely out numbered by the over whelming Lane Hacker force.
Do you think it may not be wise to have atleast one or two veteran pilots to be able to inform newer recruits and make sure everyone stays within this Code of Conduct you speak of? For your own safety as a network. But two of your pilots have effected the reputation for all of you and now you are suffering for there mistakes?
You speak about needing to know who there friends are and you also spoke about being on the Crayterian Bounty Board. So why do you speak of trust and having to effectively build a relationship which was once there? I accept the apology you have offered but it is now unclear to me that you are speaking of trust and having to effectively build a relationship with the people of this Republic. The friendship was there once already.
It seems to me you are making this situation and matter alot more worst than it actually needs to be.
Will this Nathan Lebedev is any trouble to Crayterian forces. If so I will need to inform my members straight away. It is good to hear that consequences like this have been taken. The second pilot Frances seems like he made a mistake but it would be nice to hear an apology from himself. As I'm sure you don't speak for each other he will get in contact via this channel to make an apology shortly.
We are thankful for the 200million as a compensation but as I said before money can't pay for someones life.
Thank you for your kind words general, I am more than happy to put this incident behind us. If you haven't already but I advice you to set up some supply runs fro a small base located near Planet Yuma. The owners are GalSpan Cooperations. This will show your honor and words and work if you assist them.
It's an honor to meet you, my name is Wallace. I am the Chief Engineer of [FL-ER] and person responsible for our supplying contracts.
I'm contacting you to thank you for accepting our apology and putting that unpleasant matter behind us. I also want to tell you that I will follow your advice. Soon I'll establish a line of communication with the GalSpan Corporation and arrange a contract regarding supply runs.
Before I go, I want to inform you that our colegue Frances is currently off the grid under education and training. As soon as he finish his work, I'm sure he will personally contact you and officially apologise, but for now, I ask for a little patience.
