Today i was travelling in your humble House and was halted by one of your officers, who approached me and informed me my ship, the "Pitbull" also commonly known in Sirius as the "Pirate Train", was Ilegal in Rheinland. But I was under the impression that the Pitbull was actually not ilegal here, so I was a bit confused. I read your laws and tried to interpret them...
