I'd firstly like to state that unlike the Diplomatic Channel, this communication is made secure for top secret communication. Based on your plea during our recent conversation, I have put our assets to use. And today our scanners have finally detected a gap in Liberty Navy's defense grid, and thus we devised an extraction plan for your Battlegroup.

After Battlegroup Harmony joins up with the surviving elements of the LSF, the mission is to safely take you out of Liberty's Core Worlds and into Coronado system. As variables change every hour, more details can become available once you report operational readiness. However in order for this to work we need to expect a certain amount of professionalism, which is not usually exhibited by Liberty Navy. Do not forget that I am going to put my own men in harm's way.

We are grateful for your assistance in this matter. As you probably heard from our Distress Beacon, we managed to leave Zone 21. We are still far from being out of the Navy's immediate reach but at least we got some space to breathed.

The Harmony and it's escorts are well hidden inside the nebulas and fields as are any of our assistance fleets, including the LNS-Park Avenue and associated ships.

Our distress beacon was surprising useful. Many groups offered assistance or trades. It seems that not all hope is gone. For reasons we do not know there was Hellfire Legion ships approaching our position we withdrew to after gathering initial supporters. As all of them were soon fired upon we don't know who of them would leak our position to them.

To not talk around the topic for too long, the Unioners, the Gaians and several Navy pilots and ships arrived to support our ships supported by another Lane Hacker.

Of course we are not having full reports about relations between these groups but none of them struck us as Hellfire supporters.

We are currently evaluating our options and waiting for responses while hidden away. I hope we can still count on your support.

I am surprised with myself by saying this but it is good to hear from your again. It is truly motivating that organizations from Bretonia and Rheinland have rallied to your cause yet as you can see the Hellfire Legion is as misguided as ever by assaulting LN defectors while ironically they had also defected from this very military force.

This also reveals the fact that you can only trust a handful of people, others will simply take advantage of your precarious state. My reputation is all the guarantee you need in order to trust me with what comes next. And that is your escape from the House of Liberty.

My contacts within the government forces of Liberty will help us find a way out and reach Mactan Base, our legendary base inside the Barrier where your assets will be refueled and hastily repaired before departing to a bring new future of your choice. I am glad to report that our ships passed the New Hampshire system and entered the Puerto Rico system. Sadly we lost the Discovery, though a calculated loss it is still far from an easy one. But our Battlegroup is far from beaten. We will soon continue our travels and it is thanks to your pilots assistance we managed this today.

We will use the Junkers neutral stance and the Unioners support to commit minor repairs and supplies. If it is not too much to ask, I'd have another request. Our systems need a thorough check-up. We don't want any transponders transmitting our location or similar things. And then our systems would do well being adjusted to this new field of work. Hardware and Software, with the Harmony taking priority.

In return I can offer you something small but it might be valuable. One of my pilots discovered a DSE transport within the Kansas system. After a bit of convincing she managed to get the pilot to talk. He said the company wasn't content with how the government handled things but instead of going our way they now work with the Legion. If you are interested in the logs of this I can provide them to you.

Status report acknowledged, Ms Knight. I'd like to offer my condolences for all the Harmony personnel lost during the escape. You know that you now bear a responsibility for these lives and that is to make sure their sacrifice will not be pointless.

I have taken the initiave and contacted the Gaian Guard for the second phase of the operation. We're going via the Texas-California corridor before reaching our hideout in Magellan and I believe they can sufficiently replace the Unioner wing which we fortunately had during the first phase.

In that regard I would like to ask for the time and date that Harmony will report operational readiness so that we will be available and ready as well.

As for the incriminating intel, please do forward everything, any ammunition we can get against Liberty's establishment and corporatocracy is always welcomed.

We started to wonder what happened to you. Our support wing left you in Puerto Rico and never heard from you again. I can assure you that our motivation to help you has not changed since then, since our objectives and sentiments are convergent enough to be a basis of a long-term partnership beneficial for both parties. I am glad to hear that you're still seeing us the same, willing to help. What I am not glad to hear is to be compared to that abomination called the Hellfire Legion. Our motivation is to bring down what is corrupting our home and survive. We are not a group of delusional people pretending to better Liberty purely for their own gain.

1. The Lane Hackers and Battlegroup Harmony will provide each other with strategic and tactical assistance in order to effect the total removal of Liberty Navy from their position of oppressorship in Liberty space.
   
2. The Lane Hackers and Battlegroup Harmony will share all intelligence data detailing the disposition of hostile Liberty forces.
   
3. The Lane Hackers and Battlegroup Harmony will fully assist each other within their jurisdiction against any foe with the exception of parties allied to the assister.
   
4. Battlegroup Harmony will refrain from active combat operations against Liberty Rouges and Outcasts within Liberty with the only exception being self-defense.
   
5. The Lane Hackers will grant Battlegroup Harmony access to their bases, resources and supply chains.
   
6. The Lane Hackers will provide Battlegroup Harmony a base of operations in a strategic location. A rotary crew of minimum twelve officers including one senior officer will stay at all times in the ground control located on a Lane Hacker base.
   

We believe that the last point of the proposed agreement is both a sufficient and acceptable guarantee. If you agree we will start preparing our base in Ontario to accommodate your group. Having an easy access to both California and Colorado you should be able to launch your operations in no time.
