Greetings.

I am Colonel Ivan Norovich of FL-ER.

I am aware that Freeports have a certain, no-fire zone.

Well, living among them, you are probably aware that the Nomads are not very considerate regarding human laws, yes, I was under attack from a Nomad predator, and an infected human vessel just outside of the Freeport.

Then, this individual with the call sign "Saffir.Rabe" undocked from your Freeport, and asked me to give him my cargo WHILE I was engaged in combat against alien forces.

Me, who respects Zoner laws within Zoner borders, I tried to avoid any sort of aggressive behavior from a fellow human within your no-fire zone and gave him a part of the cargo as a proof of good faith, and told him I will give him the rest if he helps me remove the alien infestation from the Freeport.

Not only did an individual inside a fighter refused to aid in the removal of hostile alien forces from a Freeport, but he would rather allow these aliens to kill your clients.

What I am trying to do here, is to bring to your attention that this individual commits acts of extortion within your designated no-fire zone, while aliens are attacking your clients.

If I was to judge, I'd say he is either infected or a Nomad sympathizer.

Do with this information as you wish.

If my word as a client is worth anything, Freeport 11 does not get a lot of traffic from the Houses, for obvious reasons, so, you might wish to remove such individuals from your Freeport just in case such clients do happen to arrive.
