Gallia's Government Channel In service of the Roi!
Today, the Navy and Police have released information and seek to warn the citizens of Gallia about the dangers that may appear. Gallia's mighty Royal Navy has noticed a large increase in traffic towards the Gallic Borderworlds, mentioned the Navy representative Axel Peltier. The Navy has set up monitoring stations and patrols on the trade lanes, and upon inspecting the ships passing by, it revealed that the ships, mainly of Sirian origin, were ferrying full cargo holds of paper defaming the nobility and the Crown. Not only that, the investigators found bombs placed discretely within the stacks.
"The Sirian ships we inspected were carrying incredible amounts of paper - crates containing them were stacked wall to wall. The papers contained blatant, cleverly-worded lies defaming the nobility and the Roi, a crime only the deranged Council and Maquis terrorists would be sick enough to commit. The inspectors noticed that their metal detectors were being triggered by something within the crates, and upon examining the contents, the inspectors found old, rusted, but potent bombs bearing Council insignia. The findings could only mean that the Council were planning to commit terrorist attacks on Quillan and the civilian population, much like the Slaughter of Gap Station. They would blow up points of interest and commercial centers, then distribute the propoganda leaflets to shift the blame to the nobility. Unbelievable to what measures these terrorists resort to, just to tarnish the image of our benevolent Roi" spoke representative Peltier.
The Police and Navy are working together to combat the spread of misinformation and explosives. A few transport pilots have been arrested, exposing that their destination was the population of Planet Quillan. The Navy ensures that the population of Languedoc and Planet Quillan have nothing to fear, as the Royal Police and Royal Navy have intercepted every single transport that was inbound so far. The captains of the ships captured were executed, the crew under further interrogation.
It appears that the nobility are also deeply shocked by this foul plot, but have faith in their subjects that they wouldn't fall for this propoganda and would continue trusting those who took care of them so tirelessly and diligently. It seems that some of the nobility have started taking actions on their own, ensuring that the Council plot fails and the population remains safe.
We would also like to reach out and remind you, the citizens, that defaming the Crown is an act of treason and all instances of these are met with execution. If you happen to find a suspicious Sirian transports carrying vast amounts of paper, report them to the local Royal Police or Royal Navy patrols immediately. If you happen to know more information of any suspects who may be involved in the organization of this plot, please report them to the local Police or Navy establishment.
