Greetings, my name is Sam Oxford, captain of the Ageira Technologies secondary division transport vessel ATS-Janeton, assigned to the contingency operations to repair the Omega 3-Omega 7 Jump gate by shipping replacement parts to Elbe Station.

I'm reporting a dangerous incident that occurred within the Stuttgart system after a delivery of gate parts destined for Elbe station. Our vessel was in the process of heading back towards Pueblo Station with a shipment of cooper, when it was caught by a belgemir-class bomber near the trade lane, claiming to be part of Rheinland's military intelligence forces, or MND. The next exchange, however, makes it highly doubtful that they were part of a lawful entity of the house.

The arrival of the Hessians allowed us to leave the system with severe damage on the vessel's structure. We were capable of sending a distress signal on arrival to New York, calling in Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Forces elements to assist in disposing of the bombs through a long process due to the dubious nature of the ordinance. The only motives they gave for their was of hatred towards the house of Liberty and its affiliates.

Thankfully, Agent Sarah Ryan of the LSF's 404th and the captain of the LNS-Yukon Archer-Class cruiser were of quick response towards the emergency. The explosives were then deposited in a mined out asteroid within the Silverton Field to allow our vessel to continue operations. The 404th agent notified me that they would look further into the event, including the unfounded claim of successful violation of our property by attempting to bypass the secure systems of the white boxes. We're reporting this problem in hopes that the matter becomes under further investigation given the potential threat behind such an incident. I apologize for the delay in this message, however we had technical difficulties due to the damage sustained in the event. I hope the information is of use to you, however, in verifying that no Rheinland authority elements are engaging in these activities.
