8x The outdated Nomad "Sascya" Assassin for the following ships listed under the third point.

Furthermore, we request the IFF of all ships to be changed to the Nomad Guardian IFF, as that is the IFF used by the faction. The money can be withdrawn from The.Forge.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?

It isn't really about characters as it is about the way the faction's lore is written. As it stands, the Vagrants are pretty much still on the same level as the Nomads were upon the defeat suffered during the Nomad War. They are less advanced than the Slomon K'Hara in many ways. However, current ingame mechanics don't allow us to really capitalize on that fact, as the ships that are available to us are the same as the all Nomads can use. We currently withhold from using the Predator for everybody, contenting ourselves with the Voidrunner as the main snubcraft, and for PvP purposes, it is fine. When it comes to RP, the goal, however, is missed. This is why we request these ships, of which one will be given to each of our members for personal use. We do not request any changes to the Nomad ID, as that is our current faction ID until officialdom, but once that is achieved, we would change the ID to the then available Vagrant ID.

And yes, we are aware it is not able to conduct itself any decently in PvP. They are solely intended as roleplay ships.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?

As stated above, the purpose of this request is to bring the idea of being underdeveloped into accord with the reality of gameplay. The goals would be pretty much the same as detailed in the faction officialdom request.

1. The lore of the faction describes the circumstances of how the Vagrants came to be. Pretty self-evident.
   
2. The Wanderer's Directives is where progress for the various goals described in the writeup are catalogued. Some things necessitate further talking, and that is done in the Confluence.
   
3. The Confluence is basically a discussion platform. The idea is that players may come together and decide by vote future actions of the faction if there is something to vote on.
   
4. This thread was created to catalogue findings in systems that have changed since the Nomad War, which are a lot. The Vagrants do not know about what happened in Sirius since that time, and so the Mindnode Dione keeps the knowledge gathered about the new systems and how factions have evolved in the Omicrons and Omegas.

The initial faction writeup was posted on the 17th of October this year.
