Firstly, allow me to address the issue you raised regarding procurement of one of our specific trade materials. As you've previously mentioned, they can be somewhat difficult to obtain outside of the Kingdom's territories, though on occasion we do have shipments to some of the more distant regions from our homes. Additionally, our facilities generally have stocks available for direct purchase, should your vessels have access to them in Provence space.

As for your request to purchase one of our vessels, following your transmission at this stage and with other considerations, we must currently decline the sale of any Noir strikecraft, especially to those willing to engage in direct confrontation with His Majesty's forces. Specifically, while I cannot confirm nor deny our stance on our diplomatic situation across open channels, we would prefer to avoid any risks of open hostility, and merely the sight of a single Corsican vessel seen assaulting HIs Majesty's forces would directly affect our position both within the Sirian Houses and Gallic space.
