It's been a while, hasn't it? Unfortunately, I haven't spoken to you for quite a while, and I wanted to ask about the status of the Commune. Anyways Herr Nomak, I didn't create a new communication channel just to poke you. I've got an offer for you, which is a call for help at the same time. As you are probably aware, I'm sharing information about Rheinland and its factions with the Commune, and I won't hesitate to do it even now.
The Büro der Marineintelligenz, which is the leading division of the Marinenachrichtendienst, Rheinland's intelligence service, has been informed about rumors of infected personnel among Rheinland's Polizei. I'm all aware that this brings me into great danger, if the BDM even deploys undercover agents to look for these infectees. The whole action was done by my incubus, which just forced me to do it, I couldn't do anything against it. I've dreamed about a war between the BDM and the Polizei before it happened, which is probably what my incubus is trying to accomplish. Now I seek asylum where ever I can, just outside of Rheinland.
Finally, my proposal. Please, Herr Nomak, give me a home to live at. There are enough ships I can use to fly with Commune assets. Every now and then, I need to get back to Rheinland to get done work for the Polizei. This way, it is unlikely for BDM and RFP to track me down.

We've had a period in which we went into the shadows, it was needed. Times are dangerous, as you can already see that. Currently, we are still getting ready to fully operate so we could continue our work, where we paused.
The path for you will be clear- the ones who will need to will be notified of your arrival. As of this moment, I'm ordering Rapier from our stocks- a state of art Maltese fighter for your personal use so you could leave your actual gear where it should be. Take only the things you need the most and those things that would prove your undercover work- I believe I don't need to act like smartass and tell you how will you leave.
I will upload the links for your autopilot- go trough Sigmas and I will be awaiting for you on Ibiza base. If you will like Malta, you can later reside there and enjoy some free time.

Even though you might have gotten informed about it already; I've arrived at Ibiza Base. The coordinations you uploaded to my Nav Map led me through the Sigmas, I've seen a Golden Chrysanthemums battleship and several Outcast bases. The way up there was quite dangerous, especially due to the Outcast weapon platforms which must've been programmed to shoot any incoming Wraith. Luckily, I was able to consult Ibiza Base hangar administrators, who then let me dock with their installation.
You know that I can't show my actual face when on operation with the Commune. My incubus is mature enough to let me speak and write in any language. I noticed that there are still some terms which the incubus can't retrieve from the mindshare. This means that I might be spitting rheinlandic language now and then, especially when the incubus shows emotions. My alias during my stay will be Jonathan Hetfield. I'll head to the local ship vendors to ask for my new ship, the Rapier. I might need to get familiar with Maltese technology beforehand. It won't be a problem to park my Wraith at Ibiza without losing it to some Cardamine addicts, right?

do not worry about your Wraith- my men will transfer it safely to Genoa where we got secure hangars. About the Ibiza administrator, we had some difficulties but it was because of the system, do not worry.
Your new alias will be used for Maltese registrations and nobody will ask questions as it will be known that you work for me. Even if you will speak Rheinlandish, they do know that my pilots are from all over Sirius.

I've enjoyed my time down on Malta and must admit that my expectations were way worse. Looks like there is in fact a "good" side of the planet. Unfortunately, I didn't come to fly my Rapier in the due time. I've probably already raised attention in Rheinland because of my absence. Thus I've decided to head back home for now. Thank you and the rest of the Commune for the asylum. I'll come back to Alpha every now and then to fly with you. Keep in mind that I owe you one and I'll gladly pass you any information of what is going on in the Bundesrepublik if the need arises.
Oh, and keep me updated regarding Samarra.

And do not worry, we all have our obligations. You go back into Rheinland and do your work, and keep your eyes open.
If anything happens, you open this channel and send us emergency call. Our squadron will immediately reach your position and extract you into safety.
And Samarra? Well, I haven't heard anything since of my escape from that place. The jump hole is gone and it will require some dedication to find out if there's another, somewhere, existing. And who knows, does Samarra even exists anymore?
Until then, we will be working on getting more Sirians under our control.
