Hola. Know how it goes with choosing the lesser evil? Word has it we're just that to each other. Given the current situation within and close to Ishmael it's unlikely you'll disagree with me here. Both our squadrons have taken on different paths, but ever since this diversity, the skillful balance between the opposites, was what made Nacion so powerful. Over the course of the last years, this delicate balance was disturbed by an ongoing list of individuals rotted together under various colours trying to overcome our proven ways with their radical ideas in believing they'd be the ones knowing what's best for maltese society. The uprising of the Contari Lance, the lunatics of the Crimson Cross and now the despots of the National Council. We've both seen them step in, we've both seen them fade out. We've both done our share in staying away instead of intervening, which ultimatively led to what we face today.
But lets cut short on the chat about what was and what is. Don't delude yourself believing you'd fly above what's happening, for we know you've gotten yourself into major problems coming at you from the Bretonians. If it hasn't knocked on your door yet, it's soon to happen. Razgriz' Ghosts were provided with intel, information that is still coming in to this very moment, that's enough to have two acknowledged houses and Nacion, alongside with every gun for hire, hunt you to the end of the universe. And I don't believe we were the only ones given this insight. Yet you're not the only ones on the edge here, as I was recently called in by the National Council for trial before Court, the Court they control, and ordered handing myself into custody under their watch, given no rights, no voice. For nothing more than their accusations without them even contemplating to provide any material to back up their case. The situation may paint your day in delight eventually, but consider the consequences. Even during the most military strict eras under Ghosts command never was our judicature neglected like this. Nacion was never farther away from its values, principles and traditions than it's right now.
We'll work out a compromise for Nacions current situation and after that, so it be, we may or not continue our dispute in trying to kill each other.
I'm back on Ishmael orchestrating 'HundredFirst military, the single largest standing army planetside, and set codes for the arsenal to bring the fight into their cities, their compounds, their houses, their homes should they dare try pointing a gun even remotely at me.
We don't wish for war coming, but we won't stand them pushing any further against anything we all gave blood for. We're the shield, we're the sword. And we'll fulfill our duty. For years I thought of you as traitors for having left our side, but as with maltese traditions going, you were just following your ways. So once again Razgriz' Ghosts demand you: Choose your side. If there's a spark of pride for Nacion left within your souls, you know what to do. If we don't act now, nobody will ever get a chance to act again.
For power. For Ishmael. For the Ghosts.
Salutes.

Is that still the proper way to address you? I can't keep track. Though I think I'll address you as Administrator anyway. Administrator....Administrator. What sweet stories you tell us, Administrator. Truly the devil himself would do well to have a honey-tongued temptress such as you by his side. I do wonder what devious machinations are behind those sweet words, though.
But let's level here. What you say is true, the new government of Malta has been treating us as a nuisance and has been quite obstructive to our plans overall. We don't appreciate this. And we can only assume that this trend will continue and, quite possibly, even escalate. We've been taking some measures to prevent the carpet from being pulled out from beneath our feet. The future remains uncertain, however.
We understand that we've caused some level of ire by disrupting their little tea-parties with the Bretonian authorities, though this was by no means our conscious goal. Either way, some ships were destroyed and some words that can't be unsaid were said. Even if these statements could be unsaid, we have no intention of going back on our word, and the state of hostility with Bretonia will continue for the time being, at least until more pressing matters force us to refocus elsewhere. It's quite the predicament, but I won't bore you with specifics any further. It's sufficient to say that this situation would be far less problematic if we didn't have the National Council breathing down our necks and delivering orders that can't be realistically fulfilled.
To put it bluntly, we want them gone. In this, we're in accord. But far be it for us to kill one tyrant just to have it replaced with another. Again. This will simply not do. We'll need guarantees for your plans, and positions in the government if this alliance is to succeed.
That said, I should also mention we won't be able to aid you completely overtly, at least not at first, the odds are stacked against us and idealistic bursts of rebellion won't accomplish much aside from turning us all into martyrs. However, we'll do our best on other fronts, until such a time comes when we can openly lunge our daggers into their black little hearts. I await this time enthusiastically, myself.
Do tell me what you think about all this, Administrator, and take care of yourself.
Hola. Ever since Maltese can remember, the 'HundredFirst, divine in their knowledge, pushed the skepticism further, denying what's not to speak and washing away societys belief in his existance. But the defiler never left us. Watching our every move, it's the idea hidden within everyone of us, corrupting men and women, causing them to let down their guard, becoming vulnerable to his temptations even more.
A mischievous game that never started and never will end, yet we all play by its unwritten rules. Few ever pass the Archway, less cross the Styx. And while we bath in the Phlegethons waters to wave with the flow into the depths of a minds underworld, where we'll release to the Acheron and reach Dis, others, lured by the promises we seeded in their thoughts, will find themselves lost and devoured by the darkness that lurks.
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. And we're the executor. Since the Lanciers felt first for the whispers, others followed, one more bound to the promises than the the ones before. Blinded by the delusion they'll find the answers they seek within the realms available to them. They willingly rush, faster with every step, to their inevitable demise, where their spirits will void into the endless nothing.
Our people, the Raiders and the Ghosts, never stood to confront each other. Where you stopped flowing with the rivers, to openly denounce of his creations, we moved on in the shadows ahead. We play to achieve the very same, just our methods differ. A back and forth of twisting their minds until they're taken by the night or set on the jouney that'll lead beyond the horizons.
Razgriz' Ghosts Legal Department will contact you with the paperwork required to further our relations.
For power. For Ishmael. For the Ghosts.
Salutes.

Mira Sebat Ishmael
Omicron Alpha Maltese Spectres Legal Department
Signor Bassam Hussaini, the Legal Department will further process the events in representation of our client, the Ghosts of Razgriz Maltese Spectres.
We're pleased to note your willingness to cooperate in this matter. You're given every support needed within maltese territory, which gets lined out in its definite extent in upcoming proceedings. Your actions and operations outside the later on agreed area are your own in the event of those actions and operations not posing a significant threat to Nacions economy and industry. Decern that Nacion stands behind the people formerly known as Samarrans in case you're not capable resolving issues on your own responsibility when brought upon you.
The Legal Department will draft the constitution and laws anew, in accordance with your assistance and acknowledgement, to set the regulations, limitations and rights binding to every maltese citizen. Your final signing is required.
We look forward to your continuing participation.
For power. For Ishmael. For the Ghosts.
Sincerely.
Mag. iur. Mira Sebat LL.M.
I'm glad to see that you have taken a prioritized approach to the construction of this treaty.
Once it's completed you will, of course, have to send it to our own legal department which will review the draft. The Commune will then attempt to reach a consensus on the matter, and though this process may be lengthy, the resulting vote will be unanimous, whatever the answer may be. If consensus is reached, we'll have to organize a signatory ceremony, as is custom, though these arrangements may have to wait for a more opportune time.
I'll assume you have been thoroughly briefed and that I need not restate the importance of maintaining the secrecy of our arrangement, at least for the time being.
With that said, I expect you'll notify me of any interesting developments, were they to arise in the future.
For now, thank you for the work you are doing, and take good care of yourself.
