Player A dies to player B in a valid PVP encounter in system C. After the pew is over, player B leaves, so according to rules, player A can return to system C as the system ban is no longer in effect.
What happens if:
a) Player B returns to system C before the two hours have passed. Can he engage player A again, or not?
b) Player D, who wasn't present in previous encounter, when player A died, enters system C. Can player A engage player D, after returning from dead after player B left the system C?

Quote:4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, that character/ship does not re-enter the same system for 2 hours and the Player, on any of their ships, cannot reengage the aggressors on any character for 2 hours. You are allowed a grace period of 5 minutes to leave the system with an empty cargo hold and you are safe from further attack during this grace period within that system. If the attacker(s) log off, you may re-enter the system you died in
The "leaving the system part" got removed. It strictly says that the person who killed you has to log off before you return to the system.
By "leaves system C" I actually meant logs off completely. I should have precised it a bit more. My question was more about a possible new pew, which would take place after player B has logged off completely, but returned to system C after lets say 30 minutes. Exact time doesn' t matter that much, but what I meant was before the 2h has passed.
