A good way to victory is to know what you use to defeat your enemy. Below I have listed our current available warships that are on active duty, get to know our ships, they have seen a lot and have stayed by our side. Any attempt to sabotage our vessels shall be punished with the rage of the emperor.
Name: IKS-Akagi
Class: "Takeda"-class Destroyer
Role in the 343rd: Flagship
Date of construction: 818 A.S.
Additional Information: The IKS-Akagi was built on Kure shipyard in the year of 818 A.S. and has been in the hands of the 343 ever since. It was originally designed to be one of the guarding Takedas that should accompany emperor Tetsuya. The Akagi was guarding the IKS-Yamaguchi when the now Exiled part of the Kusari Naval Forces was trapped behind the gallic lines. Several squadrons of bombers have attacked the Akagi, as it was clearly posing the biggest threat for attackers, and almost completely destroyed the command bridge. Like the Yamaguchi, it was repaired by the Council and sent back to the Exiles.
Name: IKS-Kaga
Class: "Takeda"-class Destroyer
Role in the 343rd: Secondary Flagship
Date of construction: 820 A.S.
Additional Information: The Kaga is the sister-ship of the Akagi. It was built at Yokohama Shipyard and has been a part of the 343rd only a few months after it was built. The Kaga was covering the other flank of the Yamaguchi when the Gallics attacked the Naval Forces. Since the western flank of the Yamaguchi got more hostile bomber attention, the Kaga received only minor damages and was actively guarding the Nagasaki in Tau-29 while the Yamaguchi and the Akagi were not available.
Name: IKS-Ayanami
Class: "Takeda"-class Destroyer
Role in the 343rd: Supporting Destroyer
Date of construction: 815 A.S.
Additional Information: The Ayanami is the latest addition to the 343rd, it defected shortly after Kyushu was re-taken by the Imperials. Before it served the 343rd, the Ayanami was used as a defense ship against the Blood Dragons in Honshu. It surrendered at the Kyushu front line and swore its loyalty to the emperor again. The Ayanami is mainly used by officers, who are not yet allowed to access either the Akagi or the Kaga.
Name: IKS-Asasagi
Class: "Ashikaga"-class Gunboat
Role in the 343rd: Escort vessel for the Akagi
Date of construction: 816A.S.
Additional Information: The Asasagi was one of the few gunboats that were with the Exiles from the start, it served as a heavy defense craft against fast small vessels with its Solaris weaponry. Since it was posing the biggest threat to enemy bombers, the Asasagi was the heaviest targeted gunboat but was only scratched due to its speed and firepower. The Asasagi serves as one of the two escort vessels of the Akagi.
Name: IKS-Otori
Class: "Ashikaga"-class Gunboat
Role in the 343rd: Escort vessel for the Akagi
Date of construction: 816 A.S.
Additional Information: The Otori was, just like the Asasagi, already with the 343rd when they were cut off from the rest of the Naval Forces. It was more damaged than its sister ship, despite that is was less focused than the Asasagi. The Otori is the second escort vessel of the Akagi.
Name: IKS-Horikawa
Class: "Ashikaga"-class Gunboat
Role in the 343rd: Escort vessel for the Kaga
Date of construction: 820 A.S.
Additional Information: One of the escort ships for the Kaga, mainly used as support against Destroyers that face the Kaga, it is mainly used by Kaigun-Daisa Hiroshige Iitaka.
Name: IKS-Hyodori
Class: "Ashikaga"-class Gunboat
Role in the 343rd: Escort vessel for the Kaga
Date of construction: 819 A.S.
Additional Information: The other escort ship of the Kaga, armed with two pulse cannons, it is perfectly made for the assault against bigger ships.
Name: IKY-Tetsuya
Class: "Geisha"-class Luxury Liner
Role in the 343rd: Diplomatic Vessel of the emperor and occasionally the Kaigun-Taisho
Date of construction: Unknown
Additional Information: The Tetsuya is the mobile center of reign for the emperor, it is being used as a diplomatic vessel for foreign relations between the Imperial forces and their allies. The Tetsuya is usually escorted by the Kaigun-Taisho himself and is not leaving Kusari without support by its side, as the fear of the emperor being kidnapped or killed is too high. It was donated by a family on Kyushu as a gift to the emperor after the successful takeover.
