Hello esteemed members of Battlegroup Harmony. I am Francois Drake Général de Division - Commander of the Foreign Legion. *He bows*

I believe this is the first time we have been acquainted; a little about us, we are Le Legion Etrangere. a foreign legion detachment of the Gallic Royal Navy. Our unit is made-up primarily of Sirians who have sworn allegiance to King Charles XI and the Kingdom of Gallia. I have been keen to branch out with fellow sirians across the sector in a hope of building productive relationships that may benefit our struggles against common foes.

Now, I do not know much about yourselves but I have seen intelligence reports of a Libertonian Fleet that has been hunted out of Liberty by the Liberty Navy. Your fleet the Battlegroup Harmony!?

I am not on expert on Libertonian politics or the current state of government. But I believe we may be able to help each other out, as we are both fighting a common enemy. Please do not listen to government propaganda on Gallia as we are not necessarily conquerors of Sirius but more liberators of corrupt governments. The fact Liberty is hunting its own navy, you. Suggests to me a state that has gone mad.

Perhaps you could shed a little more light on how the current state of affairs came to be between the Republic of Liberty and your Battlegroup?

I am sure I do not have to explain to you what the Kings Navy can do for you or the resources we could extend to your group, if some kind of accord could be formed between us.

But first I must ask before going any further, are you willing to talk?
