Hola. I ran into two rather unfriendly, yet not outright hostile, soldiers of the squadron I later found out is referred to as Harmony. Matter of a quick search and our information technologists provided this frequency. Your standards are quite low they said, so you'll have to work on that. We may or not provide a helping hand here. Regardless, with the intel provided by the naval soldier I at first and later again encountered, you're labeled as traitors to the Republic. A fact that catched my interest. Are you aligned with the Legion by any chance or stand your own ground? I'd guess you're on your own, as your transponder signals didn't show you as their forces and actually as a neutral entity. Which leads to my next question, what's your position towards the general maltese presence within libertonian confined territory?
Most importantly though, who the hell are you and can we benefit each other?

Attention to the criminal elements known as the "Ghosts", Captain Young Speaking.
On the behalf of staff of the Battlegroup Harmony, you are being informed in the following:
1. Command is not interested in your opinion on Battlegroup's status.
2. Battlegroup is maintaining cold neutrality with the Outcast groups due to agreement with the third parties.
3. Any further attempts of aggression towards the Battlegroup's personnel or infrastructure will result in destruction of your forces.
Hola. You may want to provide more detail regarding the aggression you mentioned. As of yet, I'm not aware that any of my soldiers engaged in hostile interactions with your squadron or against your facilities, not that I know of any. You're making a rather bad first impression, yet I'd not like to let this chance go to waste over a matter of either formality or your insulting approach. If you're not Legion, which should be clear by now, then I take you've a hard time within Liberty to keep your supply lines running. There's a few organizations operating within the Republic's borders that come to mind who could possibly assist you, especially given your mentioning of agreements with third parties, and they're quite literally all on our payroll one way or the other, directly or indirectly.
Back to the initial point, I'd like to hear, preferably from a higher ranked representative, what caused the obvious split between your squadron and the libertonian law enforcement. And of course, I'd still like to discuss how we can extend our gratitude towards the other.

I am not quite aware why you approach us in the way you do. Your intercept action on my pilot might have caused loss of her life and her craft. And after that you have the audacity to ask us about our purpose and intentions.
If it wasn't clear already, we are only leaving Outcast forces be because you seem to have an agreement with the Lane Hackers. While we cannot afford more enemies you do not seem like an ally either.
So please tell me why I should give you any information or actually anything at all.
Hola. Victoria, a pleasure to've reached high enough up the Harmony's chain of command to finally have a word with you. By the sound of your response, you appear more grounded in your approach to run the show, so I'll spare you the usual talk.
I do remember the situation you may refer to with the interception you mentioned, yet I can assure you that there was, despite what may've been reported back to you, no actual act of cutting into your operations nor any attempt to stop your soldiers from continuing their duty. We merely crossed paths.
Anyways. As you may not know, my squadron isn't exactly welcome on Ishmael, excuse me, that's Malta for you, and we're actually not supporting any action taken by the current governing embodiment there. Contrary to them, I do believe that an understanding with the lawful forces within Liberty who're both opposed to the corruption that runs through so many veins as well as the corruption that comes from -their- influence is something that'll benefit the Republic as well as Nacion on the long run in terms of a better cultural acceptance as well as an economic cooperation.
Stating you cannot effort more enemies indicates that you're running on a short line when it comes to your support. A fact I'll consider changing if you let me, so tell what you need and I'll see to get the package delivered. Maybe then you feel more inclined talking to me.
For power. For Ishmael. For the Ghosts.
Salutes.
