Do you think it makes sense to do a faction that will be some sort of Bounty Hunters, only they will fight on the side of those who pay them more.
Admitted ID (for the time of unofficial status) - Freelancer. After gaining the status of the Official Faction - your own + ability to purchase capital ships (cruisers, for example) from other factions.
About the latter I doubt (I'm talking about cruisers), because, I think, they just will not trust them. I would not give the cruiser to someone who will then fight against me just because he was paid more.
Wrong subforum, and no, not needed. That worked only with the Reavers, and it is not like you can just turn against lawfuls without them forgetting about it. That's not a thing on a roleplay server. Your actions have consequences here.

First, why the wrong subforum? All in the right place. I asked a question about the faction that may appear. From the players, I'm waiting for feedback.
Secondly, we go further. What's the Reavers? Who are we talking about?
Thirdly, you said that such a faction can turn against lawyers and citizens. It's funny. And who said that he can not? Simply, a mercenary will never fight because of political or religious identities of someone else's side - he is on the side of those who pay him more ( which is quite logical ).

Disagreed. If you are skilled enough in PvP then it would be wiser to pay for your services than to fight against you. Mecenery Rp is interesting and should be looked into.
Interesting idea. Just don't get discouraged if it fails, it happens. Keep developing ideas and ask around. I would be more than happy to fly in such faction. GL.
Try man, worst that can happen is the "The Holy Knights of RP" S*** on your head.
And they are the "Loudy Minority": by the posts you will read, may seem to you everyone criticizing you, when in fact are a little more thn a handfull of people that like to fancy themselves as smt more than a player.
And thats a fact: we all here are just players: and, as i see, the "Knights" (who btw, never log, just pester forums and skype chats) worth less to the comunity than new players.
Why? Because even if they indeed have nice RP and (yeah, i need admit) skills with artwork, game need active players in game to keep going, so, instead saying something is wrong just because you dont like the idea OR the player who had that idea, not only shown a person "selfishness", but also how ignorant that person is.
Try it, ask help of ppl you dont see around spoiling other ppl work, from helpers, admin team, mods.
Dont give up, problems will happen, you will make mistakes, some ppl will make mistakes that may affect you, some ppl on purpose may do something that affect you.
Its a game. Its for fun. Everyone here is same s@$¨! (apart admins who need work receiving nothing, ye, those are more frakked than rest of players )
Gluck guy.... as an last advice: stop the "crying" on forum, pm ppl that are friendly to you instead: feeding some ppl with complains just make em pick more on you.
There is a difference between being a mercenary and a criminal. If a pirate hires you to fight a house lawful, you're committing a a crime against that house, thus you'll be treated as a criminal in that house. That will be faction-wide once you have a tag. People will treat the entire faction for the actions of a single one. Best example: AFC.
