I'm unsure, truly.
First, you violate our trust with that travesty of an armistice, then.. you cooperate with our former allies and more or less squander it? Perhaps you aren't fully compromised, perhaps you are, far too early to tell. But I've not contacted you to mock your decision-making, I've opened this channel only to make an offer, one I'm sure that will appeal to you.
What we can offer is the heads of every so called "Traitor" to your fleet mounted upon a spike, as well as those of any fool caught in-between, Auxesia, Core and otherwise. While the spike mounting might be optional, the heads are something our zealots are fond of severing.
In return what we want is one of the following:
Either you are to dissolve the armistice with the Outcasts and thereby regain full command of not just myself but the battle-hardened Inquisitors alongside me, who would be very valuable.
Or, you can provide us with the autonomy to eliminate the plague independent of your armistice and act according to our own tenets.
Think on it, but be aware of the fact that I have a contingency in mind should your refusal be particularly abrasive. Be the man your personnel talk you up as being Admiral, and make the smart choice.

Your request
Lord Inquisitor,
The Overwatch has made its stance regarding the Outcast situation very clear. I will have to decline to both of your terms officially, although I sincerely doubt this will stop you.

This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.
