I am contacting you regarding your movement to Lipari Colony.
I had ordered Hephaestus Company to restore several more buildings and their report was a bit interesting, however, in less then 9 days we should have enough space to host your people.
Sometimes I praise the Lords for the new technological advancements that the Republic uses now.
However, there is the need to record the Colonists before they move to Lipari, so they can be registered with the Crayterian Social Programs, for which most of you would be diverted to Gemini Colony first and then will be transported to Lipari.
I hope that is not a problem and if there is anyway we can make the settlement easier, please inform us.

Hola y buen día.
I'll inform the colonists of the change. They're aware the process will not be so simple and straight-forward, as am I, and we've come to accept it. Life in the fringe isn't always easy.
For now, I see no true issue with what's been presented, Senor Condor. Please give my thanks and those of the colonists to the hard working Crayterians who are helping our people establish a new life outside the confines of Maltese space. If there is anything else you would require, do not hesitate to inform me.
Despedita.

Hola y buen día.
Curiosity is understandable. Getting to Soledad in the first place is difficult if you are not flying Maltesian or pirate colors, and even then it is nearly impossible to land on the planet without the magnetic field tearing your ship's systems apart.
Through the effects of old age technology, we've been developing more hardware solutions to countering the effects of Soledad's relentless magnetic field. Mu-metal inserts, iron casings and even research into pre-exodus 'metglas' are being exercised to reduce the effects of distortion on our equipment. Otherwise, life here isn't much different than it would be anywhere else, minus the lack of industry and technology. It is still a growing effort, however, and some of the Republic's populace does still prefer to remain on Genoa or even the Aurora herself.
And yes, the question would be understandable. The Council has indeed managed to produce Cardamine in what appears to be a small, narrow strip of land near the equator. We've been maintaining an isolated area thanks to the magnetic field's distortion, but as it stands we have no plans yet to deal with these farmers. I suspect, however, that they will be either driven off, assimilated or forced to find other work elsewhere, with the Republic's lack of sympathy for the trade evident.
I hope this answers some of your starting questions. Please do ask if you have more.
Despedita.
