Sitting on a bench right next to Mary, with her legs crossed, she kept staring in a distance, listening to Mary's words and retaining a smirk on her face. "Still, I know a few individuals who had the exact same traits as him and they still tended to manipulate people around them. You can trust him, of course, but I'll be watching my back nonetheless. I can never be sure. But it's just my own experience. An experience that made me a bit paranoid, yet I was never wrong till this moment. I'm always expecting a certain catch when somebody treats me good." With her smirk fading out, she looked at Mary for a few seconds. "Even from you." After these words, she turned her head back straight forward, looking into nothingness. "It's just the most secure way for me to exist in our society. Where you can get backstabbed by anyone anytime. You just have to shoot first."
